I had a really great experience working with Sharon at TitleMax. From the start, she was friendly and easy to talk to, which helped take a lot of the stress out of the situation. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t rush me or make me feel pressured at all.

What I appreciated most was how patient and understanding she was. She made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward, and that meant a lot. The whole process ended up being way smoother and quicker than I expected.

Sharon just made the experience feel a lot more personal instead of just another transaction. If you go to TitleMax, I definitely recommend working with her.

I recently visited the TitleMax in Newnan, Ga. The branch is located at 168 Temple Avenue. I went in to close an account of a deceased loved one. The staff were very friendly. Jackie the general manager was exceptional. She addressed my concerns and assured me that things would be taken care of. Very good experience.

Mike was straight forward and made the process quick and easy.

I want to share my experience so other consumers understand how title pawn loans can operate in practice.

I had a title pawn account where I was told I could repay the loan over time and ultimately get my vehicle title back. However, after reviewing my transaction history, I found that despite making several thousand dollars in payments, only a small portion actually reduced the principal balance. The majority of payments were applied to recurring fees and “pawn charges,” and the loan repeatedly used “extensions” that kept the balance from going down in any meaningful way.

The company’s advertising—such as “Get your title back with TitleMax”—gives the impression that repayment is straightforward and leads to clear title recovery. In my experience, the actual structure did not match that expectation, and the payoff process was not as clear or direct as the advertising suggests.

I encourage consumers to carefully review their full contract, payment allocation, and extension history before agreeing to or renewing any title pawn loan.

My first time to experience doing a title loan. Celine was very helpful with finishing up the paperwork and patient also I would mess up and she would tell me it's okay I definitely will use Title Max for any other need in the future 😁
