Visited Maria at the Carson City store 15 min before closing. She welcomed us with open arms and completed my loan in 25 min. Net professional and sweet. I highly recommend this store and Maria.

I worked with Kylee in the hazelhurst office and she was patient and helped with my anxiety and panic about doing the loan, she explained everything so I was able to understand and just over all made my experience better

Very concerned on my numbers an no one could give me clear answers to why I couldn’t receive what I was offered. Times are hard so yes the funds I received was helpful but not what I was told day one .

The lady working was wonderful but I was told that Walmart would honor your checks and they actually do not i couldn't retract the check and use money gram and ive had a very tough time finding someone to cash the loan check that doesn't want to charge me 50 dollars. The worker told me Walmart would cash but they won't. So got stuck with a check and am subsequently going to have to pay 50 dollars to cash when it should've been only 4 dollars at Walmart. Had I known Walmart wouldn't cash I wouldve done the money gram route out the gate.

When I entered the office, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Kiki and her asking me how I am doing today. The process was very professional and at the time Kiki was processing my paperwork she kept communicating with me which I was grateful for. Lily came into the conversations, I have to say that these two are great customer service reps. I would highly recommend this company to a friend.

I went in around 11:30am on 04/03/2026 I was told before I signed papers that I have 24 hours to cancel. Not even 4 hours later I went back in to cancel and they had already put a lien against my car and sent my title off. I was told they would try to get it back Monday. They would call me. Never received a call. I called them on Monday. I was told I would have to go in person to the DMV to get the title so I said that means I would have to pay. OCTAVIA said she would try to go up and get the next day and call me. Again no call. I called and got the same song and dance. I called every day. Same story. Friday the 10th i called and was told they did not know if it was there and Octavia was not there to confirm. So Saturday the 11th I received a call and they had my title.

I am very disappointed with this store and their procedures. I went in with my title, was told I had 24 hours to cancel. Less than 4 hours later I canceled in person. I should have been able to leave with the title I went in with.

Really pissy customer service. I would not advise ever using them unless you are in desperate need.

Frank was very professional and caring about my situation. He wanted to help me get the best option available.
