The Law Partnership Solicitors Reviews

Used Ismail and Waris for selling and buying our property. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them as they were contactable and helped put pressure to push the chain when they were slow, as well as trying to think of solutions when there were problems in the chain. Excellent job. Thanks again!

Ismail and the Law Partnership Solicitors were great to work with. Everything was done on time by them and were very responsive. A special thank you to Ismail who did his best to speed things up. Highly recommend

TLP have been fantastic. Sold our flat with them and their support has been brilliant, they are very reasonable with their fees and they also deal with the Building Safety Act for a reasonable price too. I do a lot of research before choosing a supplier, and this company came out on top. Good communication and always someone to answer the phone. I also appreciated always knowing the name of who was leading the case at various points throughout the process and could call or email them directly, which I found very reassuring.
Sold our flat before we’d found a new place to move to, now we’ve found somewhere I’ve enlisted their services again, and will do so in the future for our next sale!

Great team, smooth effecient and rapid serice. Thank you Ismael and Amina. I would highly recommend.

Waris was very helpful and efficient. His communications were fast and accurate and his approach to his work was top class

The solicitors were rude, refused to answer questions. They were threatening telling me how to behave. They took payments for a purchase which did not go through & therefore the work had not been completed. They threatened not to pay back the deposit for a sale even though in the agreement it says 'pay only on completion. This company was recommended online by Reallymoving.

Great local solicitors, that I was fortunate to work with whilst selling my parents house. They certainly know what's needed and experts in the City of Coventry. Made things straight forward so even a first time seller like myself could easily understand and let me know what I needed to do. My appointed solicitor Waris Soekarna was superb.

Great service, efficient and thorough. I would recommend and use again

Waris and Ismail handled the sale and purchase for 2 properties for myself.

The service was fantastic, communications was very helpful and willing to explain anything I didn't understand, handling of the case was very fast and efficient even with factors our of their hands.

Having no experience of what to expect of the process I can't state how thankful I was for their clear communications took a lot of stress out of the process.

I would 100% use them again for any conveyancing in the future.
Thank you both very much!

Ismail Khan helped me with my property purchase immensely, in what turned out to be a little stressful due to the sellers solicitor - I cant recommend him enough and will use them again in the future.

Waris has been extremely supportive throughout the process of my house sale. Communication has been clear and rapid. There has never been a time throughout this process where I have not been made aware of updates or been unsure of what is going on. Could not recommend enough.

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Law Partnership for the purchase of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive. They made what could have been a stressful process smooth and seamless.

Communication was excellent throughout, and they always kept me updated on the progress of the transaction. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly, which gave me great peace of mind. Their attention to detail and expert handling of all legal matters ensured that everything went smoothly and on time.

Thanks to Ismail and the team, I felt confident and well-informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Their service was top-notch, and I’m so grateful for their help in purchasing my new home!

Waris was efficient and professional - would recommend

Tlps was recommended by a friend but was my first experience. They knew exactly what they are doing and I completed without issues. Can't praise them enough.

A great service, helpful and professional

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Shubh, and I am thoroughly impressed by the experience. Shubh replies incredibly fast to all queries, providing clear and helpful responses. I really appreciate the prompt and efficient service. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t have wished for a better conveyancer. As first-time buyers, Ismail was amazing at guiding us through the process and was always on hand to answer all our questions!

A great service. Ismail was very responsive, calm and explained things clearly and helpfully. I felt in the loop at all times and was extremely grateful for Ismail helping us get the completion date we really needed. Extremely competitively priced and everyone we spoke to was super friendly and helpful.

Ismail and team were absolutely amazing!

First to mention is the super competitive price - we looked for a while and was a good deal more competitive than all other solicitors we considered.

Once in the process: the diligence, speed, reliability and response time made the buying process really simple.

We faced a few roadblocks from our chain - various disputes and a sudden demand for a very quick completion date (else the chain would fail). Throughout all challenges, Ismail was calm and easy to reach, responsive both via phone and email - and offered solid advice.

Needless to say, the situation was dealt with quickly and effectively by Ismail and we now have the keys to our new house :)

The App is a huge bonus too - as first time buyers it was great for visibility to be notified as each stage was completed, and what was left to do.

Thanks again - would highly recommend!

We have recently used TLP Solicitors for our house move. We were extremely pleased with how they dealt with everything, from start to finish.
Very professional and helpful with any questions we had or didn't understand. Big thank you to Ismail and Amina for all your hard work. Would definitely recommend TLP to friends and family
