So you always think to skip extra insurance sometimes because of money or too much hassle, but please do not skip Trace Me Smart ID Lugguge Tracker! So helpful to have, especially in my case recently when my suitcase went missing due to missing a connecting flight. TMLT were able to help me keep track of my suitcase AND almost everyday I’d get an email asking if airport has contacted me and that they’re here when needed. I want to say a special big thank you to Sophie Osborn for helping me and constantly checking in. You don’t get this kind of quality help anymore. I was so happy to finally receive my suitcase with the biggest help from TMLT. Will definitely use them again when travelling in the future. Thank you, Eve.

I’ve had tags from TMLT on & off for many years. It’s the sort of thing, like travel insurance, that one buys and with any luck doesn’t need or think about any further.
This year though, the worst happened and Air China lost our bags (seriously, don’t go near that airline).
TMLT were great, following all the internal airline process via the PIR reference; they even knew one bag was found before I did.
Now, because I needed a new tag (Air China destroyed the one on my bag) the customer services lady was so very helpful and physically checked the outgoing post in order to combine postage for me! No one at a multinational is going to do that!

I have always received excellent customer service. Very prompt response to emails and their product and process knowledge is exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a luggage tracker tag

I’ve been using TMLT’s services for a few years now and whilst I’ve not had any lost luggage yet (fingers crossed it stays the same!), the service regarding membership has always been quick and very responsive. So I’m confident it would also be if I had to call on them to locate my luggage. The cost itself for the peace of mind is great.

My bags didn’t arrive with me . Sophie was excellent in keeping me posted with where they were or rather it was all the time and I believe she did her best to assist so it could come straight to me . Thank you .

When I first acquired the tags for most probably an error in registration one of the 3 tags did not appear in my profile. After several communications, The support team helped me to have it solved. Mistakes can always happen, having the correct assistance to solve them is premium. Special thanks to Sophie for her care.

I have used these Trace Me Tags for years. Recently I lost one of my 2 tags but after requesting a replacement, one was issued without fuss.
It nice to know that there is something to fall back on if and when you have the shock of losing your luggage when flying.
Also I have to say they now have a very good website.

I've had these tags for years and thankfully never needed to call on their service. However on a recent occasion one of my tags got trapped in the carousel and ripped off. Sophie at Trace Me had no hesitation in sending me a new one. I only had to pay for p&p which i think is very fair. Thanks Sophie 😊

We had an issue registering tags and the account (partially due to my typo), but it was analyzed and fixed quickly and efficiently.

I haven’t needed to use the service yet for tracing my luggage, but so far, the experience has been excellent.

This is the third time I’ve used TRACE ME and honestly, I wouldn’t travel without it now. While thankfully I’ve never had to use the service in a lost luggage situation (touch wood!), just knowing it’s there gives me real peace of mind. It’s like a safety net for your suitcase – and let’s face it, with the way baggage sometimes goes missing, it’s good to have a bit of backup!

The service works with airport and airline systems worldwide, which is pretty reassuring. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference to how relaxed I feel about my luggage making it to the same destination as me.

I’ve contacted Customer Services twice and both times they were brilliant – really helpful, friendly, and just easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble.

I’d 100% recommend TRACE ME to anyone who travels. It’s simple, effective, and gives that extra bit of security – which is priceless when you’re off on your holidays.

What a find this has been! Trace Me have given me continued peace of my mind over many holidays. The thought of losing my precious belongings- much loved shoes, dresses and handbags is just too mush to bear!

Second, it was easy to follow the instructions.
Third, I made a mistake and paid twice, and it was immediately corrected and refunded.
Fourth, it is very reasonably priced.

I've used TMLT for a few years and have also bought the tags for other family members. Phone and email contact is usually dealt with by SOPHIE who is brilliant and a great advertisement for the Company. She replies qiuckly to help resolve any issues or questions. The website and the app are excellent.
We are now putting tags on CABIN baggage. Eventhough within airline rules I have seen bags taken away at boarding if there's too much cabin baggage already loaded. I put all my really important stuff in that bag so if it is taken away from me I now have the security of being able to track it.
I NEVER fly without TRACE ME Smart ID on my luggage.

She went above and beyond any expectations to assist me and to find a solution to my issue.
