When starting a warranty claim with TMO I spoke with Mollie on the phone and I found she was very helpful, understanding, friendly and professional. She did all she could to ensure that the process would be smooth and hassle free. I'm grateful to her and hope that the other end of the process (payment) ends up being just as stress-free!

Sell a warranty on a car that no garage in their network will accept a booking for, so essentially the warranty is not worth the apart it’s written on, customer service on this matter is shocking. Car is 2020 Range Rover

Brilliant service, great communication. I had issues with my car on two different occasions. TMO dealt with my warranty with them really well both times, paying back the majority of the work that needed doing to my car. Definitely worth going with this company when buying a car for peace of mind. I was in contact with Charlotte at TMO who was really good help.
