As you can see from the response, they are very concerned and requested additional information. And guess what - despite having this info still heard nothing from them. That's TMS Hinckley. Nothing to contradict my original review. They value you until you are signed up, then nothing!!!

I decided to buy a new Kia Sportage last year. When I visited TMS I felt I was being treated as a valued customer. I was shown the car, took a test drive and decided to buy.
I recieved a very reasonable offer for my car as part exchange and was also advised that I should buy on finance, as this gave an additional discount. I was told this could be repaid at any time.
The car was on order and took longer to be delivered than I was originally told. When delivery was notified, about 5 months after placing the order, I was told they couldn't honour the trade in price. I knew vehicles depreciated, but the revised price was £3000 lower, a reduction of around 17% in 5 months. This surprised me as I had been keeping an eye on second hand prices through various websites and the value had dropped by about £500.
I decided to sell the car privately through Carwow and got more than the originally agreed trade in price!!
When the car arrived, the salesman gave me a quick tour then left me to be shown around by a technician. I also had to wait over an hour as there was a mapping update which hadn't been done. I didn't really feel that I was given a complete introduction to what is a quite complicated car.
I had a removable towbar fitted which
was in situ, but no one knew how to
remove it.
I thought I would be able to sort this out once I got home but couldn't. I had to return the next day to the garage to find someone to show me. I also asked for another demonstration of various features, such as setting up the satnav and altering the dash display. Although there is an extensive handbook it is generic and doesn't deal with many issues.
It was disappointing that I didn't recieve any follow up from TMS. I had spent over £40,000 on a car and they didn't ring me to see if everything was going well.
I decided to forget this until I wanted to redeem the loan. I rang TMS for a settlement figure and, 3 days later, am still waiting for a call back. I have actually got it from the Kia finance page in about 3 minutes.
So, the moral of this story - don't believe their trade in offer and don't expect the same level of service once you've taken delivery.

Well TMS Leicester, you really don't learn, do you ! Yes John ( whoever you are ), Rob did ring me, only because, I suspect one of his superiors told him to after my initial review. If you believe he rang me to help resolve my issues, no he didn't . I was out for the day when Rob rang, but he assumed I had sorted the queries myself, blamed my photos, though they did show the relevant Volvo part numbers, and he never mentioned the car's condition. I did return his call , but yet again , no response. Had he bothered to return my call , he would have been made fully aware of the situation . This is a prime case of a manager who can't manage, and senior management, who don't inspect what they expect.

I have just received my vehicle back from TMS after bodywork following a no fault incident. Excellent service as usual and I have been very well look after. Andy McInnes the group sales manager is the reason I am on my fourth Volvo Estates and he has again exceed my expectations. It's a pleasure dealing with a responsive and customer focused organization even at a difficult time. I highly recommend TMS for the quality of their work and Andy personally for his exceptional service.

I booked my Mothers car in for a standard service via telephone at Kia TMS Hinkley and I spoke to a real person to book it in.My experience of Artificial Intelligent phone answering so far for other companies is very poor and can't see it taking over the world just yet.My whole experience was very good the staff were very friendly and took the time to talk to me and bring the car to the front for collection I think it was Kara.So thanks for a great experience.

I’d like to say what a pleasure it was recently buying a car from TMS Kia Leicester, particularly dealing with your salesman Myles. From the moment we first spoke he was very happy to help and even met us on his day off at another branch to show us the car we were interested in. I used TMS Volvo Leicester for a number of services when I was a Volvo owner. The team was always very helpful, very professional and very thorough. When there was a problem they were always very fair and worked hard to sort it out. I would strongly recommend them. I sold my Volvo as the quality of the car was well below that I had hoped for. If only the quality of the Volvo cars matched the quality off service offered by TMS Leicester......

Used for the first time this year for my cars first service .Excellent service wonderful staff , nothing to much trouble . If you have a Kia this is the place to go .

Brought my S90 to tms Volvo Leicester today what an experience not convinced it's been serviced properly wouldn't even top up addblue washed it didn't clean wheels marks on interior not been wiped properly payed far to much for this service. 3hours to do full service not happy couldn't even get in it was parked to another car very unhappy yes I was angry didn't expect to have the phone out down on me by mackaler not very professional thought il buy a Volvo then try main dealer service. well what a mistake it was expensive left feeling very angry upset. recently widowed suffer with health issues wanted a special day today with tms not what I recommend anyone to go through never again
