I fully agree with other reviewers TMS has no customer focus. I have had 6 systemic faults on an XC60 where the car shuts down completely and needs to be recovered. There is no ownership, calls are not returned when managers are “ in meetings” and open discussions to address issues are avoided. Still waiting on my 09.00 call with the sales manager at 15.45.
Time for a BMW from a grown up dealership.

We purchased a Volvo from TMS in Leicester, attentive during the sales process. We had a problem with the vehicle that was initially highlighted 2 months after purchase, the vehicle has been in for review and repair 3 times and is now waiting for a further visit to be fixed for good (hopefully). My issue with TMS is simply poor customer service, specifically, failing to return calls, not proactive in follow-ups, blaming people who had left the organisation, failure to detect and repair issues with the vehicle on multiple occasions.

Initial sales experience with TMS Hinckley was positive. Unfortunately, and this was not the dealer's fault, there was a problem with my part exchange which resulted in me withdrawing from the sale (by mutual consent). Subsequently, it has proven impossible to get my deposit refunded despite chasing. TMS Hinckley have still not fully reimbursed me nearly a month on! Wouldn't recommend this Kia dealer based on my experience.

We had a great experience buying our Sportage from TMS Hinckley. Luke Newton was very helpful from the initial call to collection and even curtesy calls in the week after,
Luke went the extra mile to make the purchase feel special and to make sure we were happy with the car. Lovely extra touches and the video updates are brilliant. You can really tell when an employee loves their job and the business they work for it makes all the difference! We would highly recommend.

I rarely give 5 stars, there is usually always room for improvement, but in this case I struggle to find fault.
We called in to TMS Volvo Leicester on the way to look at another car in Lincoln. We wanted to view an XC60, but being a Saturday morning did not expect to receive much support. Contrary to expectation we were shown around the car straightaway and offered a test drive. Test drive was organised while we had coffee. The test drive was unaccompanied and we were free to test the car with no pressure on time. With test drive complete we decided to purchase the car and arranged for collection a week later. I requested a change in the collection time, which TMS were happy to accommodate. The car when collected was spotless and we were given a thorough introduction to the car. The price of the car was very competitive with service package included, I’d been tracking prices for many weeks and TMS offered a further small discount. Had the car a week now and still very pleased with the purchase.

TMS Coventry- recently bought a used Volvo from TMS and we can't fault the customer service; very friendly and helpful, we were even given a bunch of flowers when we collected which was a great touch.
We'd like to say an extra thank you to Sian H who was lovely and made buying the car a smooth experience, this women works really hard for her customers and we appreciated that.

Bought new Volvo from TMS, and everything has been faultless. The sales team were fantastic and helped in everyway possible going above and beyond every time, great communication with the customer keeping me informed about the sale on every detail. The service team have been amazing and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go to apart from TMS for a new Volvo. Thank you TMS for being a truly honest respectful business. Highly recommended.

TMS Kia Leicester have an odd habit of sticking a TMS sticker on the inside of your windscreen each time you visit, like they own the car!
They even go to the trouble of peeling off the old Sandicliffe sticker.
I usually peel it off and throw it out the window before I leave their car park.

Bought a used Range Rover sport from these guys without seeing it as we were returning from Australia, fantastic service all round , I had a few issues with the car it hun the first year which were all sorted under the warranty supplied even though it wasn’t one of their franchises models , great service from the salesman Aaron to the sales managers graham and Steve who sorted the warranty claims
