This site is a scam I ordered and paid for my trainers on the 26th April tracking number wasn't recognised by royal mail I emailed the company who said they were misplaced and sent back so they offered to resend or give me a refund since then I have sent 4 further emails which they are ignoring stay away from this business no customer service and will just take your money

Best selection online for a reasonable price. Came quick and no issues, good service. As a reseller I think the shoes should be checked in detail though as few imperfections as if they was purchased from nike or footlocker they would sort the issue with refund or discount and they ain't a small amount of money.

Black tns green tick
Got a pair of black tns green tick , very uncomfortable , not like all the other tns I’ve had over the last 20 odd years , I’ve had them 3 weeks and only worn them 5 times , and the toes have come unstuck on both trainers and falling apart , I emailed pictures and they said sorry we won’t help you. Coast me 190 pounds definitely will not be using this site ever again I’ll stick with Nike direct , these are being mad cheap and cheerful

Order #10916 bought a pair of tns have emailed a few times and still heard nothing back from them quality was no were near what I expected shoe was cover in glue the 5 holes underneath one hole was blank with no colouring underneath not even sure they are real

Your order was placed on March 27th using our standard shipping service (2–5 working days) and was dispatched promptly. The tracking number (TN098988405GB) with Royal Mail shows that your parcel is due for delivery today (April 4th).
This remains within the expected delivery timeframe, particularly with the recent bank holiday (Good Friday), which is not classed as a working day.
All tracking details and updates were automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout, and delivery progress has been available via Royal Mail throughout.
We kindly ask that you allow the delivery to be completed within the stated timeframe (2-5 working days) before leaving feedback suggesting a lack of updates or contact, as this is not accurate in this case.

Order number #10504. I see you managed to respond to the review. I was issued a refund following escalating the matter with my bank.
Avoid this company at all costs. Communication is extremely poor, and their customer service is unacceptable.
I had to request a return due to unexpected financial circumstances, but customer service claimed my request was outside the 14-day return window. Not only was their response significantly delayed, but it was also incorrect. I pointed this out and clearly stated that I would be returning the product.
After sending the item back, I followed up multiple times via email to confirm receipt and request my refund. Every single email was ignored. In the end, I had to involve my bank to recover the funds.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I will not be using this company again.

Your return was delivered back to us on March 16th & a full refund was processed on March 23rd. This is well within the 14 day timeframe required under UK consumer regulations.
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival, which can take a few working days depending on volume. As a small business, we always aim to process these as quickly as possible whilst ensuring everything is handled correctly. We can also confirm that we did not receive any notification from your bank regarding this order & the full refund was issued directly by us once your return had been received & processed on March 23rd.
