From frustrating account sign ups, profile updating , adding payment methods and to purchasing , offering via their so called dedicated app they all successfully failed , app it unresponsive, filled with bugging features and bring to question the serious legitimacy of such a company on Singapore

Bought a pair of Adidas 4DFWD in size 10 for around £105 (before their extra fees and delivery - totalled around £125). They arrived within around 10 days, I tried them on and unfortunately they were a little too short and narrow.

Attempted to exchange for half a size up - not an option.
Attempted to return them and after 3-4 days of "calculations" they came back and offered me a £33 refund. THIRTY THREE.

I questioned this and they said after going the internal process, this is the amount they can offer me for a refund after taking into account a change in market value, plus any admin fees.
I understand the admin fees and the fact I'd have to pay for the return carriage, but claiming that the shoes have lost 60-70% of their value in the 2 days I had them - despite them being completely unworn with all original tags - is ridiculous.

I asked to see their "internal processes" and calculations so i could try and figure out how they came to the figure of £33, and they refused.

I have reported them to Trading Standards and will be emailing them every single day complaining.

Steer well clear.

I will never order from Novelship again. It takes forever to get your order, and they couldn't careless.

Order a pair of Nike pants that were advertised at XXL and they get to me and they are so small they can fit a child. After they took over 55% of my money and said I could return them, it has been weeks and they keep emailing me saying "Your package has arrived but we cannot locate it. Please let us locate it before we start your refund process." Mind you at least 5 different people have emailed me saying this exact thing and it genuinely feels like they have no plans on giving me ANY of my money back. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!

They advertise quick delivery but its all lies. Mine took 6 weeks and I dont think its real nike anyway. Don't buy from here!!

Customer support is nonexistent. To their credit, they did respond but with fundamental information I already possessed and found unhelpful.

Absolutely shocking aftercare I'm unsure how my shoes got through authentification without my issue being caught on the back of my Jordan 4s on one pair on the back the A and R on the word air is touching the outside surrounding but not on the other shoes is very noticeable but they did nothing told me it could happen in shipping smh letters moving on there own what a joke $470 mistake can only warn others

Extremely disappointing experience.

I contacted the company before delivery to cancel my order, as I found after ordering that the size would be incorrect. Despite this, they chose to proceed with shipping anyway. As a result, I’m now being offered a refund of less than half the original amount, due to the fact they are trying to cover their delivery costs, while also being expected to cover return shipping myself.

This does not feel like a customer-first approach. Instead, it gives the impression that the process is structured to favour sellers at the customer’s expense.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing, particularly if there’s any chance you may need to cancel or return an order.

This wasn’t an easy decision, I must admit. Novelships communication could improve by giving updates on time and correct delivery dates and times could be more accurate. I ordered some Nike Air Max on the 6th and they arrived on the 28th. If you want them for a specific date, forget about it. If you don’t mind the wait and you have patience you might find it worth it when your items arrive.
I guess for my order to come all the way from Singapore it would take time. Now I have my order. I am over the moon and they are 100% Authentic I’ve been buying Air Max since early 2000’s I know a fake. These are a beautiful pair I’ve always wanted and I’m glad I got them. In the future I will look elsewhere first if the delivery is guaranteed to be faster but as a last option I will order again from Novelship. My main argument, just have patience. They are certified ✅

A cunning business, overpriced. Hidden fees

DON'T BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND IF YOU HAPPEN TO WANT A RETURN THEY WILL DECUDT 50% OF THE TOTAL SHOE COST

Took ages to come, trainers were not brand new as described. Yellowed air bubbles, marks, box ripped and taped up. Very disappointing given I spent £475.

Worst. Ordered a Nike Swingman. Size unfortunately was in 'Asian size' even though they advertised as 'US size' since I am normally a US Large apparently the equivalent size is XXL.

Tried to get a refund instead but they lowball you with half the original purchased price amount. Additional to that they expect you to fork out the return package which seemingly for my situation the return tracking price outweighs the refund price they offered. Never ordering from these guys again and I advised others not to!

Very unprofessional website. They are selling fake products, if you want a refund or return label they don’t provide them for you, even if they have a 30-day return policy they keep delaying the process and answering very slow. Very bad customer service, very unprofessional website. Don’t you ever order anything from these scammers.

Poor customer service. Unfair decision with the cancellation and refund. Delayed shipping with unclear tracking. Don’t buy here if you don’t want hassle.

Very disappointing experience with Novelship.
They sent my parcel to the wrong address, which was clearly their mistake, yet they refused to provide any compensation—there was not even any offer of compensation at all. On top of that, their customer service is extremely difficult to reach. Responses are slow, and when they do reply, they don’t actually resolve the issue.
Overall, the whole process has been frustrating and stressful. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Novelship.

They shipped AFTER the supposed delivery date, and was no longer a the address, had no shipping insurance, and quite sure there’s no quality control & they’re still selling fakes despite having an “authentication” process. And a really really snarky bad attitude in trying to resolve anything, with no fault admitted for their shit systems. NEVER EVER SHOP WITH THEM!!!

As a Buyer, NovelShip experience is very poor.

Delivery:
My first purchase with NovelShip took 3 months to arrives and it is only after I emailed them again to check on the progress.

Customer Service:
Customer Service sucks. I've made a purchase of a wrong shoe size, and immediately request the change the next minutes. They told me that it is not possible unless I pay and addition 30AUD for their 're-inventory' cost even though I've just made the purchase. On top of that, it is also impossible to made the refund at all because of their Cancellation policy. And all this is while the item hasn't shipped from the seller yet, only the payment confirmation.

Lost 98£. They don’t give a refund or exchange if the item doesn’t suits you. Be careful it’s a scam. Pictures on the site don’t match the real product.
