Please note that all items sold on Novelship undergo our authentication and quality checks before being dispatched to the buyer.

For product quality or authenticity concerns, our policy requires customers to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, with a maximum return request period of 7 days. This timeframe allows us to properly investigate the item while its condition can still be verified.

As this order was delivered in January 2026 and the shoes had already been used for several months before the concern was raised, unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with a return, replacement, refund, or further investigation under our policy.
We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your understanding.
