AVOID!!! SCAMMERS!! If you’ve taken the time to look at these reviews then please focus on the bad as I suspect the good reviews are fake!! I, like so many on here, have fallen victim to these sorry excuses for human beings. An order was placed, my money was taken and then nothing to show for it. Contact has been made and ignored. There must be a way to shut these cowboys down!! They force you to pay via PayPal friends and family so there’s no way to claim your money back when they pocket it. They’ve also had some of the bad reviews removed from here, I wonder why that is?? Like I said at the start… AVOID!!! If you order from this site you WILL lose your money and you can’t say that you weren’t warned.

I placed a order, but was informed that I could only pay by Crypto or through a PayPal Personal transfer to a hotmail account. After I paid $304.96, I received a tracking number which my post office told me is invalid, as no corresponding package has ever been sent. Between the cost of the order & PayPal charges, I paid $319.09 ($304.96 for products, plus a PayPal surcharge) and never received anything. USPS continues to insist that the tracking number TobaccoPie sent me is invalid and no such package was ever sent. Addendum: today, 10/30/23, I tried to track my TobaccoPie order, once again, by using the tracking number TobaccoPie provided, and was once again informed by the USPS website that “no such package has been shipped.”

I paid $92 for an order. They sent me an email indicating that it was being shipped - but the tracking number shows that the product never got shipped. They refuse to respond to any of my many inquiries regarding my order or a refund. (This is my second negative review of Tobacco Pie. They contacted Trustpilot and asked them to take my first negative review down - which they obediently did - even though I sent Trustpilot the documentation for my received payment and unfulfilled order. Tobacco Pie has still never contacted me in an attempt to make things right. It is a total scam outfit and not to be trusted.)

I buy 3 mounth ago cigarettes and I pay about 96$.And he didint send my order....

I did not receive my order since May 2023. And they specifically used PayPal as a form of payment. After repeated attempts to contact customer service, they kept referring me to the tracking website. As it turns out, the shipment is coming from overseas and I'm still waiting for the product I ordered. Do not trust this company with your money...

This website is a sanctuary for tobacco fans. It's well-organized, which makes it simple to find my favorite brands. Furthermore, their descriptions are extremely descriptive, making it simple to discover new flavors to try. An absolute must-see!

Ordered goods almost a month ago and never received them. Impossible to speak to them and the online chat is useless since you're just asked to track the package.

When I do, there's no update at all. These guys are cowboys and I've lost my money... don't go anywhere near them!!

PayPal also useless as it's difficult to file a claim!
