It’s a good thing when you see a company willing to make up for a bad experience
After a first not so pleasant experience last time with the food at TOCA social Greenwich I am happy to say that the company reached out to us and not only did we receive a full refund for the food tab. They also gave us a complementary evening with a bar tab for eight people to attend, so I’m very happy that they were more than happy to accommodate and make amends for the bad experience previously. Once again the staff were very polite and helpful and exceeded excellent service the experience like I explained last time the kids enjoyed so thank you for reaching out to us to make up for it.
