The staff at TOG24 in Whitby where very helpful when we were picking two water proof jackets

Because I haven't received my yet it shows Has delivered I've contacted there customer service through a provided email. And I'm awaiting a reply. If anything changes I will edit this review.
I have now recieved my parcel from a neighbour. I'm very pleased with the outcome of situation. I was unaware where my parcel was and started stressing.

I love visiting Tog24 they have some lovely quality clothing at reasonable prices, the lady who served me today at Middlebrook retail Park was so lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend this store and clothing.

Great fleece fits true to size very comfortable + easy to wear I have purchased 2before I really like them they wash really well too would recommend

A great shop and very friendly staff and my husband is very pleased with his coat.

I am delighted with the coat that I ordered, good quality, perfect colour, and I am glad that I ordered a size medium! According to your size guide, I should have been a Large. I already have a jacket that I bought from you and I decided that I should purchase the medium. Overall the item is fantastic.
Also the delivery time was excellent.

Item came very quickly. Delighted with the waterproof, well made, perfect fit and very light, just what I was looking for.Just went for my usual size and it was fine.

I bought 2 polo shirts. The size is good, on the generous side. The material is good. There are no logos out decorations. They look like any polo shirt you would buy off a market stall but about double the price. Postage odds extra. Good workshirts, but nothing fancy. Delivery is slow

Helpful staff good quality items

First off, can I just say I love these jackets and have bought numerous for family members, all gratefully received. But what has happened to your sizing? Twice this year I've received jackets that are way off sizing. A size 16 that fitted a 10/12 person and this jacket a size 14 that's actually nearer an 18. Most annoying but luckily I've more family that will be receiving early C'mas presents.

I had wandered around a very hot Keswick that morning looking for a simple sleeveless vest / gilet, with not one of the many outdoor stores stocking them, we then entered the Tog 24 shop, and on asking the two ladies there, were shown the exact items I had been after! To make things even better, they were on sale!, the team couldn't do enough to make it a good experience, and deserve 'Bigging up'. Many thanks for making the rest of my holiday a cooler one.

Great customer service, lovely staff

As soon as I opened the package I thought these are far too small - and I wasn’t wrong. I used the Tog24 sizing tool, gave all my details including the brand and size of my favourite chinos - ie.Gap size 33R. Tog24 said I needed a 32R - the fly fastening was about 5-6 inches apart - no way will they ever fit me. They must be returned. On the plus side, the trousers look and feel great and the leg length was perfect- so will order a bigger pair - possibly a 36R 🤞

Lovely coat but comes up big, I ordered a 12 instead of my usual 14 and it was way too big. Sadly it’s being returned.
