Horrible service. Horrible CEO. After a month of being pushed off by support when they couldn’t resolve an issue my client was having using their booking widget (it was not usable therefore bookings couldn’t be made). I finally contacted the CEO on LinkedIn stating we needed help or I was going to go social until we do (fighting for my client). Instead of assisting us, the CEO told me I was a security risk because I was not the administrator, blocked my communication and told me I’m unprofessional and a bad business owner. All of this after my client emailed him authorizing me and changed me to the admin so their business is no longer hurt by this issue caused by Tokeet. I’ve never dealt with such an unhelpful rude company. Now that I’ve read more reviews I’m finding this is common. Stay away!

Really great customer service, the software does everything it says on the tin and for a reasonable price.
Wonderful customer service. Very quick and easy to onboard new properties and Tokeet has probably the widest range of additional add-ons fro direct booking sites to housekeeper aps. Just have to take into account that Rategenie will be sort of a must to use for revenue management.
I evaluated 4 rental mgmt software before deciding on Tokeet. I used the trial time frame for each and choose Tokeet because of their easy of use, value and customer support. Anytime I had a question or issue I go to the live chat and I would generally get a response pretty quickly. Everyone is super helpful on the support team. There are a few bugs that I have identified and waiting on the fixes. Overall I love it! I only have 3 properties but looking to grow so I wanted to have a platform that I can grow with and that continues to improve.
We use Tokeet on more than 60 properties and are very satisfied with it's performance, functionality and use.
Easily automated, it is efficient and effective for our business.
But also, it remains a business that does listen to its customers, recently I raised a system ticket not about a problem but a 'nice to have' that I thought had merit. Not only did Tokeet recognise and respond to the request, they delivered into production within 4 weeks. Superb.
Generally is ok. Only that they do not have hot line to talk and that when you have a walk in the there you have some issues.

If you have more than 2 listings, I advise using Automata, which automatically sends guest communication - this saves me sooooo much time!
Tokeets customer service team are always there if you need help - very quick to reply to your queries. Michael just helped me for over 2 hours this evening. Amazing service and recommend if you have several listings, across multiple channels.
