I ordered the wrong size shirts
I ordered the wrong size shirts. I typically wear Large but this brand was made a little smaller so I had to ask for XL. They allowed me to keep the four shirts and sent me the four XLs for free. I was blown away at the kindness and generosity that Liz in customer support showed me. I gave two to my son and the other two to my son in law and they both love the shirts also. In this day and age of not caring customer service, this company really deserves five stars.

Quality control issues and poor customer support
Many issues with this company. They are in China and you can expect shipping to the US to take a month. They have quality control issues as I ordered 2 same-sized shirts. One fit fine and the other I couldn't even put on. Also the one shirt that fits is starting to unravel after a couple washes.
Requests to their support to resolve these issues received only pre-canned responses. You can only expect a 50% refund even if the issue is their fault. Avoid, there are better options and companies out there.
They are scammer
They are scammer, the quality of their shirts are very bad. Asked them to cancel the order and they ignored me for a month. Once I open dispute with my bank they provide false information to them.

STAY AWAY
Request all to stay away from this firm. They advertise under 2 different names and they are bunch of cheaters who make money by fooling them.
1. Their shirt size do not match their own size guide
2. When you connect to customer support they will go thru multiple email conversation to understand the issue
3. You have to pay to return
4. After they receive they will then deduct more money as storage fees
The point that irritated me is that they are deducting storage fees even when they are wrong.

I ordered a what I hope to be a nice shirt. I should have known better. About a month later my shirt still seems to be taking a tour of China according to tracking. At least it’s on the move now. Maybe my short sleeved shirt will come by winter.
The worst customer service
The worst customer service. TR sends you a shirt that is the size for middle school age body. Then you ask for a return and they only pay 50% back. So, let's see if I have this correct. Pay full price, send small size and have customer send back shirt and only give 50% money back. TR company get the shirt and 50% of your money. I would say this is a total scam. Great Idea if you want to make money and not have an inventory to supply customers. Think how many times the same shirt has gone out and returned for half the money?
Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service. I got two polos and they did not look like photos nor match the correct sizing. I demanded refund and they only gave me partial and they made me pay out of pocket for shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Tom Ralph apparel are smaller than standard US apparel sizes. When I found out that mine was smaller, I spoke with customer service and they instantly replaced mine with a larger size. They made it so easy. Also, this time it fits perfectly well. I highly recommend this to everyone.
Great Customer Service experience
Had an issue with shirt sizes, but Customer service and response times were amazing. In particular, Liz kept with me until my issue was resolved. The shirts are good quality and again, such a nice experience when I needed help.

Ordered a polo shirt, on receipt it was at least two sizes out. Tried to return or exchange. Impossible to sort out. Parceled up the item to return. Post office quoted over £20. Shirt already cost £40. Ridiculous situation.

You can buy these shirts for $7/£7 online. When you email them (6 times) to cancel the order they don’t even acknowledge your emails. But they do have time to go to Facebook to reply to prospect new victims.
So far shirt hasn’t arrived, but they won’t cancel, give me a refund, or acknowledge any emails
Excellent all round
Customer services acted very swiftly when I explained that the shirts are a gift. They arrived within the week once they were aware.
The quality and fit of the product is great and good value for money.
Very scammy company
Very scammy company. This appears to be a drop ship company that finds cheap products and resells them without handling any manufacturing or handling inventory themselves.
Shirts arrived direct from China multiple sizes too small. I ordered a large and they were too tight for my medium son in law.
I did not want to exchange for another size because size was so far off and I did not want to repeat process.
You cannot return for a full refund without taking a bunch of time to complete a near impossible multi-step process and paying a "storage fee" that probably covers the cost of the product to insure a break even transaction for them.
The shirts are so cheap they apparently make money by giving you a 50% discount to keep shirts that do not fit.
I just gave up and got a 50% refund and donated the shirts to charity.
They should share this return/exchange policy in advance:
Replacement/Exchange: We will send you a new size or style of your choice (as long as it's the same amount as your initial order).
50% Refund: We can process a 50% refund of your purchase amount, which will be credited back to the original payment method you used.
Store Credit: Alternatively, we can issue a store credit for the full purchase amount. This credit can be used towards any future purchases on our website.
If you choose any of these options, there is no need for you to send the original item/s back to us and we will consider this matter resolved. You can decide whether to keep it for personal use or perhaps give it to someone who might appreciate it.
However, if you still wish to return your items for FULL REFUND, here are some key information to keep in mind when initiating a return for refund:
Shipping Costs: Please note that we currently don't offer prepaid return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for covering the cost of sending the item(s) back to our warehouse.

Brand New: There should be no signs of wear or usage on the item(s).

This company is a total joke, the shirts i bought were like plastic, the collar had plastic inside, i ordered a size larger, but I couldn’t even get it over my head, they said i could keep them so I didn’t have to return them, why’d I want to keep a two shirt that were to small, there’s no return label, when you do return them they only give you half your money back, plus you have to pay £6 dollars an item, if you return anything back to them for storage fees, what a big ripoff this company is, I recommend you don’t buy off this company, what they sell is cheap and nasty
