Tom W. Ayling Reviews

The package came with the post without many problems, which is not allways the case since i live in the countryside.
The book, the secret histories catalogue, is well structured and the writing style is easy to read even for me as a non nativ english speaker.

Every thing was great.

Tom runs his company just how all companies should be. Customer value, personal touch and taking care from start to finish. Buy with total confidence. My book came with fast delivery, expertly packaged and a postcard with a lovely note just for the personal touch. I definitely will be buying again.

Will do business again!

I’m amazed at how well the book was received. A lot of effort has gone into making it special. I was delighted by the personal message and the way the book was presented.

Thank you!

I am currently enjoying the catalogue descriptions so far, and they will help me decide which book I might like to buy later, while also providing insightful history lessons on secret books and manuscripts from past centuries. Absolutely fascinating.

Keep doing what you are doing, this is fabulous work. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge with us.

Best Regards,

Joel.

Got the book and love them communications! I will visit your store when I come to GB! Loved the personalized message, hand written!

for the cost of the book it was not of sufficient quality to justify the price, once open pages began to loosen and separate from the book.

Prompt delivery, quality item, and as an extra bonus, a signed postcard to go with the book.

Will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

Excellent and trustworthy seller who has a deep knowledge and passion for his subject.

Great service and very smooth process. High quality books that were packed very well for international delivery.

wonderful professional service yet on a personal level.. highly reccomended fantastic author and very knowledgable about hes work and books

Brought the most wonderful book, it came the next day and Tom was very helpful. And it was in brilliant condition. So glad there are people like Tom that help find rare books and not only help us collect them but also bring awareness to their history and special importance. Will most definetely be back in the future .

Tom is knowledgable, professional and personable. The books he sells are well described in terms of bibliography, as well as condition classification.
The books arrive as per condition description well packed and in a timely manner. He also goes that little bit further and puts protective covers on dust jackets and books ( if no dust cover for earlier published books)

Tom was very friendly and even offered to give me a discounted price for the amount of books I ordered, he is very sincere and genuine and trustworthy seller with an excellent range of historical books up for grabs!

My purchase was shipped immediately and arrived quickly.

A great experience overall. The international shipping was very quick and I love my books! Thanks.

I got in touch with Tom asking for a special gift for my father and after I found it and bought it the shipping has been done directly. The books were at my door in Germany the next day. The email conversation was promptly, competent and friendly. I will definitely keeping my eyes open for any future opportunities. Thank you so much

Superb experience!!! Tom is really considerate on everything: shipment, communication, and the instructions on how to take care of rare books. I will definitely buy more books from Tom afterwards!

I ordered a book from Tom which came promptly and was exactly as described. It was packaged very securely and diligently - ideal for shipping rare books. The price was also very fair. This will make for a lovely birthday present!
