I highly recommendto purchase from this company I ordered a lovely necklace but my son didn’t like the chain it came with so I emailed on the off chance they could help
They kindly sent me 3 different chains to choose from and once I had picked they were more than happy to put on for me
I know my son is going to really love his necklace when he receives it

Purchased a few pairs of earrings from Toolally. Some lightening bolts and some deco danglys. On one of them the glue holding the earring finding came unstuck. Luckily I caught them. I contacted the company to ask them to fix it but they said as i purchased them in 2019 they would charge me £10 plus postage to put a new metal back on. I noticed they have changed all their earrings finding to metal (which I really don't like the look of). They said I could glue it back myself but that it would not be a long term solution. I'm rather disappointed, as the products are expensive and all earrings I have purchased from everywhere else are still going strong. I wonder if other people have had a similar experience.

Had an issue with a damaged earring and they fixed it with no issue. Milly and Parris were exceptional in their customer service skills. I've never had such wonderful customer service so Milly deserves a shout out. I hope she gets a bonus! Great earrings. Fab business.

Unfortunately the back came off my earring and Toolally were able to repair it in a very short time.

I recently ordered 2 pairs of pebble earrings in the sale.....one of the earrings arrived with a line across the middle of the pebble....I contacted Customer Services (Abigail) and within 3 days I had a replacement earring......there was no quibble at all......hugely impressed with Abigail's efficiency and love the earrings.

Amazing earrings, lucky enough to own several pairs. They are beautifully made, lightweight and give any outfit an instant uplift.
Customer service is fantastic. I recently had to have one pair repaired, they were super helpful and they got fixed very quickly. Very happy customer - thank you!

Fabulous customer service helping me replace a single lost earring - Abigail was super helpful, and even wrote a beautiful thank you card (personalised) with my parcel.

These look great and are ligthweight but they have caused a reaction on my earlobes, something I've never experienced before with even the cheapest of earrings. I'm not sure if it's the material, how they have been stored etc. but something isn't right.

If they are charging £55 for a pair of earrings they need to address this.

Brilliant customer service. The back of one of my favourite Toolally earrings had come off, so after letting them know what had happened, I returned them for repair. Returned to me within a week, job done. Delighted.

I have many pairs of Toolally earrings-I love the bold and colourful designs.I have collected for several years and had no problem with any of them until my last purchase.They were bought around 2 months ago in the sale and were the last of their stock due to not stocking this brand in future.Despite being carefully stored with my collection,to my horror the gold plating had worn away from one earring.Abigail at Toolally advised to return to them to be repaired.I received them back very quickly in perfect condition and at no charge.Customer service top notch and second to none.I will purchase directly from Toolally without hesitation.

(so light!) and they always get positive comments which is great! I wore a long pair (long is not usually my style but they were lovely) to my son’s wedding and so many people commented on them - I was thrilled!
