Do not buy from this shop, I forked out £120 on a pair of blus steel work boots (comfort guaranteed it says) the boots didnt even fit me, not fault to blue steel.
I ask to return them. To then have to pay for my return which was ok.
After 6 days have passed ive heard nothing. I contacted the company (toolmonster) to see why I havnt received my refund. To only be told that they were inspected and had been worn outside. Which is lies, if the boots where to small for me how did i wear them outside?
So now ive a pair of really expensive work boots that I can't use.
Absolutely ridiculous company

Ignorant/Useless Customer service
Last year it took 3 months of arguments and back and forth emails to get a replacement pair of boots after they fell apart after a few weeks.
This year I purchased steel blue boots to which I developed a severe allergic reaction which led me to be out of work for several weeks. I enquired several times to get information from the customer service team about the boots and didn’t even get a reply. Like cmon!!

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Faulty Boots Ignored

I purchased a pair of Steel Blue boots from Tool Monster, which developed a serious fault with the zips after only a short period of normal use. The rest of the boots are in excellent condition, but the zips became unusable — with teeth breaking off and the boots becoming difficult to remove.

I contacted Tool Monster multiple times with full details, including an independent assessment and a very reasonable £40 repair quote from a professional cobbler. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue amicably, I received no response at all.

This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with workwear that should meet basic quality and durability standards. I expected better from a professional supplier. I’ve now been left to escalate the matter through consumer rights channels due to Tool Monster's complete lack of engagement.

Buy with caution — and be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be completely ignored.

Marvellous company, they actually have in stock all the new release tools & super quick delivery. Have used before & will continue to do so. Well done 👍
