Subsequent to an online purchase, I received a damaged tether and ball cap included with the Intelli-Core Max (due to packaging circumstances).

The matter was handled in a courteous and professional manner and I am pleased with the way that Ojay at Tools420 handled the issue. I was kept updated during the process and the issue was ultimately resolved by coordinating with Focus V to provide a replacement.

I made a decision to go with Tools420 based on customer service reviews. I am definitely pleased with that decision.

These guys set a high standard for others to try and follow. Lots of stuff in stock, well priced and shipped extremely fast. This is my third order in the last few weeks and an order that was placed at 12:40PM was picked up by Canada Post to go out at 4 PM on the same day. Tools420 is my go to vape and accessory place from now on.

The website offers free shipping on orders above 90 dollars at the time of purchase. Paid for faster shipping option thinking it will be free. After the fact I contacted support who informed me of my mistake and yet still offered me a refund for shipping cost. Very timely responses and very helpful support team. Will definitely shop here again and i definitely recommend. Overall great service!

A very knowledgeable, professional, and personable staff made my online purchase a very positive experience. They were very attentive to my messages, and shipped my parcel very quickly, essentially next business day delivery. I was a little nervous buying from an unknown Canadian company, but it's totally legit! Between no sales tax and sale price, saved USD $35+. To top it off, they shipped same day. What more could you ask for? Took a couple extra days due to transfer to US from Canada, but definitely worth cost savings!
