I guess I'm like most others on here, scammed!!!

I guess I'm like most others on here, I ordered my 3 facemasks and filters on 4/16/2026.Tooltekt was quick with an order number and a polite "we are getting your order ready to ship" The order was for Tooltekt® Anti-Dust & Fog-Free Face Shield × 1, 3 Face Shields with 60 Dust Filters + Bonus 2 Anti-Fog Sprays. Well I have sent them an email, no response and another telling them to cancel my order and give me a refund, have heard nothing and NO refund. It is now 5/15/2026 and figure I got scammed. They got their $84.99, it's a shame these people get to stay in business.

Scam company?

Wish I had read reviews before ordering their face asks, which I still haven’t received. Ordering went smoothly and I received an order number and a nice thank you. My credit card was immediately charged. And then nothing. Multiple emails requesting status. Nothing. Several phone calls to “customer service”, an immediate transfer to voice message and then nothing. Can only assume this company is totally messed up or fraudulent . I’ve disputed the charge with my CC company and we’ll see how a refund goes. Don’t order anything from this company.

Defective face mask - NO help to resolve!

Defective face mask upon receiving it over a month ago (and it was ordered a month before that!). Has a permanent crease in it leaving a gap and the filter fitting doesn't fit correctly because of it. I have tried emailing many times, calling, texting and nothing... I first was dealing with someone named Carson, who said he would process a replacement and then nothing happened... that was over a month ago. Then I started requesting a refund. Zero response. I have never heard from anyone at this company since 1/28 when Chris C.replied saying the order was in process for the replacement. Even though when you call, they send you an immediate text asking "how can we help you by text instead?" I reply and nothing - that has been 4 calls now during their business hours and with each there is that same text response. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Lackluster product at best.

Crap is made in China

Made in China. As soon as I saw that I decided not to purchase but while checking what my payment method was I accidentally bought their Chinese crap. I tried canceling seconds afterwards but they did not respond till it had already shipped.

Carson Knotts said they would refund my money, just send them a photo when it arrived and no need to return it. After many emails, they have ghosted me.

Deceptive addons

Great Products, however while checking out you use very deceptive methods to trick people into clicking on extra unwanted items to be added to the order. I skipped all of them and you still added an additional item to my order. Luckily I caught it and customer service removed it. Bad business practices and may not order from your site again if you continue this practice.

My husband received the face shields a…

My husband received the face shields a few days ago but they are too short for his face. I need to return them. I have emailed about 5 times with no response from Tooltekt. There is a 30 day return policy from what I read. Where is the customer service for a return? I have heard nothing back so far.

Very poor quality customer service

I keep getting the notification that my package is in transit. It doesn’t show me where it is or the delivery date.

Please help

From my initial purchase through delivery I had received 2 updates. Sadly package arrived "wet" from a leaking container of "anti fog" solution. And with wishing to file a claim to return the soggy mess... As the email chain started out nicely, with receiving some concern. Following that initial contact, it's now been 3 days with zero updates & deleted messages?

WOW, just got word from Tooltekt... As they do not work the weekends. I need to apologize for jumping to any conclusions. They did receive my email & to address my concerns. Will issue a refund... Thank you Tooltekt & once again for the mix up, truly sorry.

Missing parts process

I ordered two sets of the MG009 clamping device. One of them came without the four silver-colored, 90 degree, threaded bars. I e-msiled that bthey did not arrive, thoroughly describing the part. I received an e-mail back that you needed a picture of the part. I went to your web site and doiwnloaded a picture of the part and sent it two you. I then got an e-mail that that was not adequate and that I need to send a picture of the box and the parts that did come as well. I sent that picture and just received an e-mail that this is now being processed. Most people probably give up with your process. It has left a very bad impression.

Delivery took longer than expected

Delivery took longer than expected. When the package arrived, only 2 of the 3 items ordered were there. Contacted Tooltekt and slow to respond. Someone got back and said all was shipped in the same package. That is totally incorrect. There was no damage to the package. It just was not shipped. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered what appeared to be a neat face…

Ordered what appeared to be a neat face shield at least three weeks ago from Tooltekt. Tracking told me it was out for delivery at least two weeks ago. Haven’t seen the product yet. Third email to them today with no response. I’m guessing they are a scam. Will reverse credit card payment if no response in a couple days.

I bought three items and only received…

I bought three items and only received two of them. Missing is a $49 Woodblade Disk. I have used the contact form multiple times and heard nothing back. Not happy Tooltekt. Very bad form and I would personally not by from them again. They have zero after purchace support BEWARE!!!

I’m down $160 AUD and far from happy. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased two sets of right angle clamping tools for a specific project I was working on. Delivery took a little longer than I’d hoped however when to product arrived I was keen to get started. Unfortunately, the thread in the clamping bolts was a smaller size than the thread on the clamping pins… this meant the product was completely unusable. I contacted the supplier and emailed through a short movie of the issue. Days passed, they then offered me a 50% discount. I rejected this as the clamps are 100% unusable.
These clamps were not cheep, I’m down $160 AUD and far from happy. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
