Absolute scam. This service does not work. They have sent me a product key that is not valid. They responded once and I have heard nothing since. Do not buy from them. Waste of money.

Purchased Microsoft 2016 for Mac, I haven’t received any download .

After two days , my messages were replied to, unfortunately the site was down for maintenance. I received my download but unfortunately it didn’t work , even thought it states I used it the product key, I updated my Mac, but I think it was too outdated.
Ended up paying monthly subscription to Microsoft instead .

Happy customer. I am editing this review as my previous was rather unfair to the supplier. If I had read their first email correctly I’d of been more patient. Iam am well happy with the product received and suppliers communication. I will use top fast keys again in the future. Thanks. Ken.

I purchased a key for Microsoft Office 2019 and it worked perfectly. The process was simple - they email you the key code and a link to the Microsoft Office website from which you download Microsoft Office after entering the key code.
I would definitely use this service again

@TopFastKeys - please note I've read a few positive reviews on how efficient and great your products are from some users. I also have noted that you are still on the Wowcher website as a credible supplier.

Unfortunately I've not received my License Key for Order 150449 (Microsoft Office Home & Business 2021 for Mac) and I have sent you an email, plus WhatsApp message to notify you of this. I've also checked my Spam mail and can confirm its not in there too.

Please could you be so kind in providing this to me, as I urgently need to install this on my laptop for me to start on a school project.

I look forward to getting the license key sent to me and will update post once received.

I ordered windows 11 pro via wowcher last week. I followed the instructions set out by topfastkeys and they wouldn't work. There was no product key code sent, just a link on the instruction that doesn't work. When I have purchased windows products before from other retailers, I was just issued a product code with the Microsoft website link to follow and that was easy and worked. I have been trying to contact them for a week with no response. DO NOT TRUST THESE!

I'm really unhappy with this product. It keeps asking me to input my key code. I have done this numerous times and still get the same message. Don't bother, buy from a reputable company.

I ordered the Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 through Wowcher. I used the redeem code on the TopFastKeys website and instantly got my product key licence to download my package. Super quick and super easy - great service!!

Like the previous reviewers, I thought I had been scammed - bought Office 2019 on Wowcher, redeemed but no licence code - contacted TopFastKeys through Whatsapp and by phone - NO ANSWER. I did however then receive an email with my licence code about 8 hours later. It has all worked great now and I have access to Office yay! So would recommend keeping an eye on your emails and spam folder. TopFastKeys themselves however were no help whatsoever. Uncontactable and no indication that I would receive an email with the licence code in so assumed I had been scammed.

I'm having literally the same issue as the previous reviewer. Bought Office 2019, product key doesn't work (says that it has been activated the maximum number of times), and I can get no response from TopFastKeys either via email - sent last week - or Whatsapp - still shows not delivered - or phone - line not able to receive incoming calls.
I also bought mine through Wowcher.

Purchased Office Professional Plus 2019 and received a Product Key. Unfortunately this Product key is not valid when trying to activate the software. No reply to emails at both support and admin email addresses. No reply on Whatsapp and both telephone numbers don't work. Guess I've been scammed. You think that when you buy through Woocher this wouldn't be the case.

I purchased licence for MAC, received the code within mins, everything worked really smoothly. However, when i put in the licence key - told me not compatible with MAC although the purchase i made with TopFast Keys clearly stated it WAS for Mac. The phone number is out of service and no response to my email. Disappointed and will try and claim money back from WOWCHER. Will of course update if TopFast get back to me and resolve

UPDATE 8/3/22: Wowcher are offering me refund as they say they have contacted the merchant (The merchant has never responded to me). Am asking them to confirm if the merchant is unable to supply what they are advertising i.e. a licence for a MAC when they don't have any. If merchant is unable to supply they should remove from Wowcher so noone else has to go through this. Will update again when i hear more.

Wowcher have refunded me and i have requested they take this deal off of their website so noone else has to go through this stress. They are escalating with Topfastkeys but sadly they are still advertising the deal.

Just like last review. I ordered a Mac license but got PC instead.

Company not responding to numerous emails and the tel no shown for them is not taking calls.

Purchased Office for Mac license through Wowcher - Office for Windows license was sent. Tried to call TopFastKeys phone number on their emails and website - not working. Tried to contact them via their contact form - no answer. Luckily Wowcher refunded my money. Waste of time company - would personally avoid at all costs. Please learn from our mistakes and don't order from them, no matter how cheap.

i bought a wowcher voucher to get windows office home and student package and after adding my information into the website have not received the licence code and have not had a response to my query with topfastkeys

Ordered and within the 24 hours as stated, I had the code that worked perfectly first time. Brilliant and sooo much cheaper than Microsoft themselves.

Edit: Topfastkeys have now sent through activation code and it has downloaded and activated correctly. For product I now award a 5, but customer service still needs some work.

Purchased Office professional 2019 through wowcher. No activation code received despite confirmation of order number 148925. No telephone answering and no response to email. Will update if they get back to me and resolve, otherwise avoid it seems to be their way of doing business.

Code doesn't work. Tried contacting them and nothing. Deliberately paid by credit card so will pursue a refund via card company

Took a couple of days for customer service to get the information I needed to activate but I did get the product in the end. I have changed my rating from a 1 star to 4 mainly because this product would have been a lot of money direct from Microsoft.

Purchased MS Office Package for Mac, received the license key straight away however, on trying to install it states it is for PC only and not compatible with Mac. I have emailed support, tried to contact via WhatsApp and call and received no response. The phone number is not accepting calls.
