I bought a product off Wowcher, top keys took my money. I didnt need the product so i asked for a refund they have ignored me, i have sent several emails. They are very rude and ignorant.

Received product and key in minutes. Install was simple and key worked. Good company.

I have ordered and paid for Office Professional Plus 2019, however, I haven't received a confirmation e-mail or the license code. I have tried to contact you through the website chat, WhatsApp and tried to call but no answer.

The only thing keeping me hopeful that they are genuine are the positive reviews and owner replies. Please resolve this soon as we need to use the program immediately.

Have been waiting at this point for almost an hour for a Microsoft product key. Would have been a little more patient, but the claim was that it would arrive in minutes, and we needed it right away. Have checked both inbox and spam folders, and the email is correct.

Not received activation code order #148157
I have checked my junk mail and inbox message still no microsoft office activation code. Status order just says processing. Can you please help how long will it take to receive my code. I sent WhatsApp message and no reply and also sent message through the other Web chat link still no reply backs.

The only downside was their message including license keys went to my spam folder - not their fault, but check before complaining as I did. License keys arrived within minutes of placing order.

I purchased a license code for MS Office for Mac in Dec 2021 - I had a confirmation email that they had received order but no email with the actual license code - still waiting reply on email

There was a problem initially with the code but admin soon sorted the problem out. Happy with product and value.

Purchased a Windows 10 Home product key and there was a hiccup getting it activated but they got back to me in the same day and resolved the issue so I am happy.

I purchased licenses for 2 copies of Microsoft Office. The 17 step redemption process seems overly complicated and I had to reach out to TopFastKeys twice for help. Second time online help was very good, after waiting about 22 minutes for a response.

Fast delivery of activation code and very easy to set up, exactly what was ordered.

Update, after posting this review they quickly replied as seen below and then when I email them they failed to reply to my question as to why the key has already been used. Try answering your email instead of pretending to care about the products you have sold. - Avoid - MS Offices Keys already used, no response via email (Sat, 29 Jan, 14:08) or live chat. Even tried phone but answer phone. Purchased 2 Office 2019 via Wowcher, downloaded software only to find keys already used. Have reported the matter to Wowcher. Seems others have the same problem.

Edit: Since putting my review on less than an hour ago I have since been sent my product code.

I ordered with topfastkey nearly 2 weeks ago and was told I would receive my product key within 24 hours which I still haven’t received. I have contacted them by phone and left emails via their contact us us page and had no response!

It does not work states old code been used to many times. Cannot contact anyone.

Let's start with the bottom line: I got a great product at an amazing price, even if it took a couple of weeks to resolve my issues. Patience wins out!

I purchased Microsoft Office Home and Business 2021 License Key For MAC Only for $50. Apparently, many other people took advantage of this deal too, and it took me several days of being patient with StackSocial and with TopFastKeys to get the issues resolved. I was able today to get on a live chat with TopFastKeys, and my product key was issued quickly.

I have to admit I was getting skeptical that it would be resolved. I thought it was a case of "if it seems too good to be true, it probably is" and had resolved to learning a $50 lesson. In the midst of a pandemic, staff shortages and illnesses, etc., I just kept telling myself to be patient and try again. I haven't actually downloaded the software yet, as I'm offering it to someone else first. Fingers crossed! Will update this review if it doesn't work.

UPDATE: I received the license key right after I posted this review. The code works as advertised. Just be warned that they're delivery is very slow and you might have to post a bad review to get it.

I purchased a redemption voucher through my local news station (KSAT Deals). I went through the steps and was told I would receive the license code within 24 hours. It has been two weeks and I have yet to receive a license code. I filled out their contact form and haven't heard from them. I'm going to give them another day to respond or send the code and then I'm going to file a PayPal complaint.

Reasonably priced and working products, I had the key emailed within 24 hours of my order and will definitely be a returning customer.

Reading the feedback was dubious, but had no problems at all with topfast keys and would thoroughly recommend. It wasn't the fastest I'd ever had a license key come through, and I can see why people might panic thinking they've be done- but for the amount I saved, I knew they were busy and I was more than willing to wait a day or two!

Great price for an unlimited license of Microsoft Office Professional 2021, when compared to the subscription based Office 365. Easily downloaded the software and fast install. Was up and running office in less than 30 minutes.
