I am very pleased with the TopGrass service. The technician that treats our lawn is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The lawn looks very good, especially compared with those of the houses on either side of our house! I find the company quick to answer questions, and it is easy to book a convenient date for the treatments.

Our lawn was patchy in lots of places and we was thinking about getting a new lawn laid instead we took out a plan with TopGrass and the results are fantastic the communication and advice they give is also great

Our small lawn has benefited massively over the past 18 months since starting the treatment plan with Top Grass.

After paying for treatments last year, I was disappointed to find this year more moss more weeds and more bare patches. A visit was arranged for inspection and I supposed discussion. I waited at home for the technician who apparently came,inspected and left without my knowledge. Apparently he saw me through the window and knocked several times. This despite the fact that I have two working doorbells at the front door and two very nervous dogs who didn’t react. The response when I contacted top grass was that he came and further servicing was needed at my expense.

Ollie's first visit after we returned to Topgrass after a break for a couple of years. He was friendly, informative, got on with the job and then patiently answered questions and made suggestions afterwards. Clearly we made the right decision to come back

TopGrass are a top company. I've used them for many years and though my lawn isn't perfect (large parts are in shade for 80% of any summer day) I an always impressed with the results of their programme.
Paul is a regular technician, and always finds time to give his advice and knowledge.

Great service delivered by really nice friendly chaps who when on site will always give advice on your lawn and the cost is very reasonable.

Topgrass are efficient and effective. They are great at diary planning well in advance, providing plenty of time to ensure the grass is ready for them to treat. I love the live review with filming of the lawn as well as the feedback to help me ensure my grass stays in tip top condition.

Top Grass are excellent in customer communicatioin, timely, efficient and effective lawn attention and in all things leave me totally satisfied. From my experience I recommend them highly.

Ross has been looking after our lawns for almost a year now, he is a very helpful and pleasant man, he advises the best ways of keeping the lawns in good condition.
We have no complaints about his service or the company, would recommend to anybody.

Always great communication both before and after each visit. The technicians will always take time to clearly explain what treatments are being done and how they improve the lawn and also answer any questions. Great service from people who know their subject.

Excellent work from Paul and Joe regarding my total reseed project.Paul and Joe were very professional, and explained all stages of the work, ie scarification, aeration and seed application, also very good advice aftercare. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
