Joe’s Lawn Care is by far and large the best company that I have come across for the lawn maintenance.
Their care packages are generous and well designed to keep the lawn in its best condition. I started with the most comprehensive one for a year and scaled down to basic care. My lawn has never looked better, bearing in mind there is only clay soil.
Adam and Mark have provided such a comprehensive care and treatment that resulted in lush green grass. And what compliment it is to a home owner when visitors comment how beautiful it looks; because it does.
It is lovely to chat with the guys as they are great indeed.
Im staying with the Joe’s Lawn Care comp and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Joe from Joe’s Lawn Care… what can I say. What an absolutely fantastic guy. He is so knowledgeable, polite and always turns up with a smile. You can really tell how passionate he is about lawns and the work he does.

I’ve struggled with my lawns for nearly 3 years and, if I’m being truthful, it was really starting to get me down. I had spent so much time, effort and money trying to get them right and nothing ever seemed to work. I was honestly getting quite depressed and disheartened over it and was at the point where I just felt like giving up.

Then Joe came along and completely turned things around.

It might only be grass to some people, but my garden is really important to me. It's my little escape and somewhere I love spending time with my family. For the first time in nearly 3 years I can actually look at my lawns and smile and feel proud of them. Joe probably doesn’t even realise just how much of a difference he has made to me.

Joe is an absolute asset to your company. His knowledge, passion and the genuine care he puts into his work really shows.

Excellent service again from Josh, very knowledgeable considerate and answered the questions I asked him.

Beware this company, they do not fulfill their contractual obligations, fail to turn up to appointments with communication. Worse still they were trying to complete a lawn scarification in late May, early June in dry weather. A quick google on lawn care would soon tell you that’s an absolute disaster waiting to happen. Use this company at your peril

We used Joe's Lawn Care last year because we had a beetle infestation in our lawn and were advised that a treatment would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the problem returned this year, with more beetles appearing.

When we contacted the company, we were told that the treatment we had received was actually for leather jackets rather than the beetle grub issue we had originally reported. While this was frustrating, we accepted the explanation and were happy to pay for the correct treatment if needed.

The real disappointment has been the customer service. We've contacted the office three separate times requesting a call back to discuss the correct treatment for our lawn. On each occasion, we've been told that someone would call us back, but no one ever has.

As an existing customer who has already spent money with the company, it feels like we've been forgotten about. We continue to pay, yet we can't seem to get a simple phone call to discuss our concerns. Whether this is due to poor communication or a lack of customer care, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

I would have much preferred to resolve this directly, but after multiple unanswered requests for a call back, I feel compelled to leave this review. Based on our experience, the aftercare and customer service have been very poor.

In the last few months I have had my lawn thoroughly assessed by Ian who recommended a treatment plan starting with a good scarification, aeration then seeded & some topsoil applied where needed.
All treatments were booked in & Jamie came & did the works. He was incredibly thorough, tidy & really took his time to carry out all the treatments & left all the moss & thatch in a large builders sack I had provided after offering to fill up my green bin first, just brilliant.
Having had the lawn scarified before, I knew it would look worse before looking better so I followed all Jamie & Ian’s advice around watering & mowing & boy what a transformation!
Ian visited again today & dressed & reseeded a few ‘patchy’ areas but did say that my watering has had a great impact on the lawns recovery. I think it’s super important to listen to all their recommendations/advice if you really want the lawn you’re after, their treatment plans might be costly but I really feel like I’m getting the results I paid for.
All communication from Joe’s lawn care has been on-point, polite & timely & with Ian & Jamie, I can’t fault the service at all.
All in all, I’m a very happy customer with a lawn that’s nearly ready for the croquet set to be set up …….. on with the late evening watering regime.🙌🏻

Joe’s Lawn Care, and specifically Billy, are terrific! The lawn in the walled garden now looks a piece of perfection: dark, lush, dense grass with no weeds! Mowing it is a pleasure as the lines (if they are straight) look like Wimbledon. Those who like to play croquet also appreciate it too. These guys really know about lawns and are now covering other areas of our garden as we are so pleased. They always give the best advice, use the best products and the results are incredible. Thanks Billy and the team 🙏🙏

Calum is very good, explained the treatments that he was delivering today and carried them out in a very efficient way.

Calum came on time and got stuck in straight away, no complaints about how cold it was!

We moved in to our bungalow, the lawn was lush and ordered until it met our dog... within a few months it looked terrible and to add insult the bindweed took hold.
We were recommended Joes and thank God... every couple of months Billy turns up and sorts it out...the garden is back to its best and Billy is treated more of a mate now.

I changed to Joe's in October 22 from my previous contractor, the improvement has been miraculous, my lawn now look fabulous. My Joe's technician (also called Joe) is excellent - giving tips and advice when he visits, very punctual, polite and so professional. This year I've upgraded to the Complete Programme - can my lawn get any better?

We have been using Joes lawn care for a year, they have made an absolutely amazing difference to our lawn. What a transformation! From the analysis time now, they are great. Very helpful, informative with great communication. Jenny is one of their representatives and she's fabulous 👌
