Extreme scam company. Giving me excuses that the warehouse burnt down, never shipped my package, explained I have to cancel the dispute before they’ll send the package or issue a full refund.
Attempted to work this out with their social media as well as via email. They even sent me pics of the burnt down warehouse lol and would ask me if I trusted them to cancel the dispute lol

Deceitful Company, Poor Customer Service
Ordered a couple of shirts earlier last month before reading the reviews that . Afterwards, I requested a refund (no shipping information had been updated yet). No response from the company. It lead me to search Trust Pilot. I see their replies state there was a large warehouse fire on May 9th, that was causing all the delays. I cross searched their address (N Quebec St, Denver, CO), with fire department records. There was no warehouse fire on May 9th, 2026.
Wondering what their next excuse will be..

Unfortunately, our warehouse was affected by a fire that occurred in another company's unit on the ground floor of the building. As a result, some of our equipment, machinery, and inventory were damaged or destroyed. This was a real and unexpected incident, and it has required us to relocate to a new warehouse and restart production, which takes time to complete.
We would also like to clarify that we posted a notice on our product pages the day after the fire occurred to keep customers informed and to avoid confusion for anyone who might urgently need their order.
In addition, we received your email on June 1st. Our customer support team typically responds within 24 hours, and your inquiry was still within our normal response timeframe when this review was posted.
Please know that we fully support returns and refunds for all orders. We will be happy to process your refund request as soon as possible.

Quality of t-shirts is terrible. I ordered large and can barely fit in. When I asked for a refund, which was advertised as available, they send several back-to-back emails that made no sense. It was only after I told them that i would be asking for a charge back directly from the bank, they told me that they would issue a refund once the t-shirt is shipped (and delivered) to some China address. To summarize, if you order from this joke company, you are paying in American dollars and ordering from an American online store who in turn orders the shirt from China. I highly recommend going to Shein or some other Chinese retailer and order directly from them. Its a scam company. Highly recommend saving your money

Our product is made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex, which means it won’t feel like polyester—it won’t have static or that “plastic” texture. It also has good breathability and a comfortable stretch.

So far have received no updates about the shirts I ordered almost 15 days ago. I don't mind waiting for shipping but appreciate knowing where my stuff is coming from and apparently this store is shipping from China. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew that. Because of the crop top design, the hem might curl slightly after washing. Usually, a quick low-heat iron after drying will bring it back to normal.

I have several shirts from Topic Girl and I always get compliments or comments when I wear them out! They are so funny and cute! My Art The Clown shirt is my favorite and he noticed me at Universal and asked me for a pic! Their customer service is superb too! I waited until the last minty to order a few shirts for my vacation and they reached back out assuring I would get my shirts in time and I did! Love this company! I’m honestly obsessed with Topicgirl 😭 I’ve ordered three crop tops from them now, and every single one has been sooo good. The fabric is super soft (not that cheap scratchy kind), and the graphics are really clear and high quality.
Shipping was totally fine on my first couple orders. My last one took a while, so I reached out. They got back to me in less than 24 hours and immediately re-shipped it. I got it super fast after that.
Cute clothes + actually good quality + great customer service… I’m sold. Definitely ordering so many more!
