A friend highly recommended Toplex to me, I am really happy with the whole experience, I asked for help online when I was choosing my Indesit mytime washing machine and Carl was extremely helpful, I placed my order and opted for installation and recycling, I chose a delivery slot suitable for me and the van turned up within the allocated time, I was really pleased with the installation, the two guys did a fantastic job and they were really quick, I was given a tutorial on the different wash programmes, I will definitely recommend to friends and family

After considering all options toplex was the best value for money. Ordering online was easy, being able to pick a day and time slot was so good and delivery itself faultless. All in all a good experience. Will definitely use them again.

I bought a Bosch double oven for my parents to replace their old one. After a couple of pages on Google of looking for the best price, Toplex appeared. I was a bit wary, as they were the cheapest price and I'd never heard of them. A quick search revealed they are part of the Euronics brand with a few local shops north of Manchester, great as my parents live in south Manchester. The options they give you for recycling, removing packaging, delivery and a fitting service - all much cheaper than all of the national chains. The fitting service also gives you a 3-4 hour time window for delivery, even better as the nationals all do not give such a well defined window. The 2 fitting people delivered on time, removed everything, installed the oven and showed my parents how to turn it on and work it, they are in their 90's and we're pleased as anything. Absolutely brilliant and easily over £100 cheaper than the national chains. Well done Toplex.

What a great company. I needed some advice before my purchase and they were mega helpful on the phone. My new dishwasher arrived when they said it would and was fitted and up and running in no time by two lovely guys. I honestly think their customer service was faultless, so glad I went with this company, they are fairly local to me and the price was pretty competitive
