Courteous, helpful and efficient installation of my new washing machine. They allowed time for me to clean underneath before installing it and then gave a brief demonstration of how it works.

Fantastic service! Ordered and delivered the next day, best thing was being able to choose a delivery time slot for free so not hanging around all day. Delivery was free and didn’t charge the earth for the extras like the big companies. Would never go anywhere else now.

Excellent customer service. Ordered online, free next day delivery. Appliance unpacked and fitted in, left no rubbish and took away my old appliance. All at a very reasonable price. I have purchased several kitchen appliances and have always been very happy with them.

The washing machine was delivered on time by two great lads who were very helpful in bringing it into my house and telling me how tow set it up. It works a treat as well.

I ordered a new dishwasher to replace one that was already in our house when we bought it, but had since conked out.
Not only were Toplex cheapest, their delivery and installation was cheapest, and the guys turned up right at the start of the delivery window, and upon inspection discovered that for some reason the previous house owners had cemented the legs of the old dishwasher into the floor...they proceeded to work really hard and managed to smash out the old dishwasher, saw off the old legs and install the new one, even cutting down the kickboard so it fits flush! Highly recommend for any appliance needs!

Ordered a new washer Sunday night, it was delivered and fitted by Monday afternoon. Very efficient service and reasonably priced. I will definitely return for any future purchases and would reccomend.

Great company and your staff are exceptional

Excellent customer service, fantastic communication. Free 2 hour delivery(on a weekend!!!) free take away packaging. Appliances placed in room of choice, respect for property. I researched alot of companies for a new washer and dryer for my daughters new home. This is by far worth the money. Your big high street shop that's starts with C, was cheaper, BUT by only £10.00 per appliance. Then you have to add in delivery charges, extra for weekend, extra charges to take away recycling, a longer wait time for delivery! I went into the big highstreet shop, to show my daughter what I had ordered. There was an older gentleman looking for a new dryer, I told him about toplex and the delivery, recycling service they provided, he then said he was going home to order from them. Honestly in over 40 years of replacing appliances, this is the 1st place I will look. The delivery time was only two days, but I could've had next day, still free!! (I image there is a cut of time, but I'd ring them because if they can get it to you, they will!) Also on the day they ring you to let you know how long they'd be. The lady in the office said the original dryer I'd ordered looked damaged as they was loading the van. She then said because they hadn't any more of that spec, they'd upgrade me to the next kg, no charge whatsoever!!! Now that's what I call customer service. I will recommend Toplex to anyone buying appliances.

Delivered early but contacted beforehand.
Paid for installation and recycle. The engineers came and unplugged and removed existing dishwasher but as the element had gone it was tripping the electricity so had not drained fully. Water leaked onto kitchen floor which the engineers cleaned up immediately.
They were quick and efficient and no fuss couldn’t ask for more. Machine working perfectly.

This company NEVER fails! We have used them a number of times for household appliances.

They are incredibly competative on price, but it's the service that stands out. Very easy to communicate with, prompt responses to questions and quick delivery of products.
