Good service when everything goes well. Terrible when something goes wrong. Completely inappropriate responses, no admission of responsibility. Above all, they do not say whether your problems will be solved or avoided in the future. We make several shipments with excellent results most of the time. But like this last time, the shipment arrived outside the maximum time stated at the time of purchasing the service, about three times the time it normally takes. The package went through customs in a country that is not the destination country (clearly a carrier error) and then was sent back to the right country. For assistance, no errors! When we prepare a shipment, we scrupulously adhere to the limitations imposed by the carrier and the customs of the destination country. Sending goods to other countries could lead to an infringement not wanted by us with probable damages, seizures or sanctions. You should take your customers' reports into serious consideration in order to avoid similar risks a priori. Instead, your assistance sends everything back to the sender as if this were normal!!!

Good service and good prices

Good service! Easy and faster! Due to holidays in Russia, it took a few days to take from the post office.

La verdad es que estoy encantada con el servicio. No es la primera vez que lo uso y sin duda repitiré.

My parcel was delivered in 2 weeks to Russia but got lost in the way cause the address was printed wrongly. I checked my address book, all the details there were correct so it is disappointing. I am glad that it was delivered after all.

My parcel was delivered for 1 months from Ireland to Tambov, Russia. I'm happy. The parcel had no damage.
Help line answered to me all questions. I had a courier service - it was done as expected.
