Great first time experience! We were not sure where to go to collect a car in Kaunas. Lovely gentleman on the phone explained. Met a girl in the office. She didn't seem very enthusiastic, but it was chilly in the office and I think customers before us were a bit annoying. Still, she explained everything, we got the keys, collected a car that we had requested. We chose to take a full insurance so was told that should make life easy. After 2 days driving we realised we also should have paid for car valet. Rang the ofhice, paid over the phone. Car was nice, clean and full of fuel. Drop off was also simple, only thing I accidentally dropped it into wrong box, but emailed them and also left a note in a correct drop off box. Received email with appreciation I did notify them and assuring no big deal and they will be able to get keys. €100 deposit was released about a week to 10 days after the end of contract, even though we were told it will take 30 days. Total cost with full insurance and car valeting was still lower than other cheap company we were considering before we found TopRent. Very pleasant first experience. Hopefully it will continue that way. Thank you for everything!

First seems very cheap rent, after all insurance BS comes very expensive, basically you have no choice to take full package because cars are damaged and all logos on the cars share car.com. Be aware before signing the agreement, most probably will charge you from your deposit 200 euros for smoking inside the car. Never again after many years using their service. Greed and neglect will lead to bankruptcy. I wish them to. Reform or go busted.Also be aware of deposits because they are never paid back unless you remains them after many months later . There are solid trusted car rental companies with high reputation and no rip offs. Top rent it’s a scam and hope will not last long.

Schlechteste Mietfirma in meinem Leben. Die Firma behauptet dass ich einen Schaden verursacht habe, dem nicht so ist. Auf Antworten Ihrer Anfragen reagieren Sie nicht. Die Firma hat mir zu Unrecht eine Administrationgebühr von 60€ in Rechnung gestellt. Es scheint dass die Firma so ihr Geld verdient.

DELINCUENTES. Te roban el deposito de 100€ aunque devuelvas el coche con el combustible lleno. También te cobran 30€ por limpieza del coche.

They never bother to return the deposit. After the inspection the charge for the deposit should be returned. It never is, unless it expires after a month! That means your money is frozen for a month. But don't worry, if you get a fine, they will charge you immediately! They WILL NOT respond to your complaints. Also, there is a myriad of upcharges! Either pay for all the extras up front or get charged after your reservation.

We recently went on vacation to Lithuania and rented a car for a few days. We paid a deposit, and upon returning the car in perfect condition, we were assured that the deposit would be refunded within a week. However, despite numerous follow-ups over the past few months, we have yet to receive the refund. Unfortunately, this has left us feeling disappointed with the experience. Based on our situation, we would advise not to rent from this scam company

Am 4. August, also 4 Tage nachdem ich meinen Mietwagen bei TopRent retournierte, wurde ich vom Vermieter mit zusätzlichen €50 auf meiner Kreditkarte belastet. Wofür? Das weiss ich bis heute nicht… Man könnte denken, das ganze hat System warum sonst besteht dieser Vermieter unbedingt auf Kreditkarten. Debitcards werden von ihm, das erfährt man auch erst nach der Buchung, nämlich nicht akzeptiert. Sorry, aber das ist unseriös!
