TVape Reviews

Return customer, just service and as advertised. What more could you ask for

Not to get into great detail, but I had an issue with pricing. The Team at TVape and associates were above and beyond in customer service. Needless to say the issue was resolved very quickly and I'm a happy man, Thanks to TVape . Thumbs and Elbows Up truly a reccomendation to shop at TVape

Nik S. provided clear, honest communication and professional service throughout my purchase of the Dr. Dabber Switch 2. He offered a great product quote and honoured it, handling everything in a timely manner. His helpful approach made the purchasing process easy and streamlined, and I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. I would highly recommend contacting Nik S. or one of TVape’s other sales agents, as the team demonstrated product knowledge and a commitment to making the customer service experience a positive one.

I especially appreciated the direct communication with a real employee who could discuss my purchase and follow through on what was promised. Compared with my experiences using automated customer service chats at other companies, this felt much more personal and reassuring. When purchasing an e rig, I value honest communication, clear warranty information, and confidence that the business will honour its commitments. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend making your next purchase through TVape, a Canadian business I am proud to support for its first class staff and the excellent treatment I received.

Love how quick it came in love their products

Amazing speed of del

Ordered & received an Arizer Solo II Max vaporizer. Order was shipped next day and arrived 5 days later in new condition and well-packaged.

Unfortunately, the colour I wanted of the item was not available - big sads. I received a call this morning to advise me, and within the 5 min phone call, Nik updated me and had a resolution for my issue. My item will be shipped out today. The rep has also said he will ensure my order gets shipped and will monitor its progress, which is excellent service. Really appreciate this, as good service is hard to come by these days.

Reliable and professional service.

Having to wait almost 1 month to do a return. That should have been completed in a few days.

I bougt an E Rig that didn't meet my intended style of use, and TVape exchanged it for a unit that I am very pleased with, and treated me very well throughout the exchange process !!!
I'd recommend for anybody to do business with them.

Seller contacted me to check to see if I needed help with my order, which I did. Seller set up easy payment option and provided welcome discount.
Overall positive experience. Have bought multiple units from tvape over the last 15 years. Thanks Nik.
