I have had three purchase experiences so far and everyone has been awesome.
I have needed support everytime either because a code wouldn’t work or because I am too old and doing something wrong.
It is not ever been a problem though because every support tech has been stellar.
Looking forward to my next buy

You accidentally sold me a product. I did not want or need. I thought I was ordering a carrying case for the switch go.
Instead, I ended up getting a case for the switch ghost. Apparently, I had been looking at cases. And it was suggested. I had figured it was suggested because I was buying the switch go. Otherwise you'd get five star review. Just not happy with the extra money I had to spend on something I will never use. Of course I take accountability for that as well. I should have paid more attention to what was being sold or promoted.
As for the switch go, it's an excellent product. Love it.

Like this product, just don't know how to clean it

it was a great experience shopping with Tvape. I called asking about the Pax Flow and spoke with Nik. He informed me that he thinks there's a better option for what I was looking for. Nik put me onto the Utilian 850 which I never heard of before. After doing a bit of research I realized that Nik was right. It was far superior and a better price.

So I ended up buying the Utilian 850. I was very happy with it as soon as I tried it. I'm someone who has purchased many dry vapes in the past over the years and never found one as good as the Utilian. I'll def shop again in the future with TVape.

I was looking for information regarding new vaporizers and while the website has a great deal of information there were a couple of things I couldn't find and Lisa was able to answer my questions and she helped me with the choices I ended up making.

Lisa was an amazing customer service rep. Replied immediately, went above and beyond to help me and, on top of being nice and professional, she was diligent, patient and proactive.

I had difficulty with my order on my phone. The customer service checked that my order hadn't gone through or been rejected. Then she connected me with sales who was also very helpful and found me an extra discount i hadn't used. Thanks both.
I'm getting an Arizer Solo 3. I used 2 for a long time. Lately ive been smoking rolls, but they taste like exhaust now. And I'm sure the specific improvements Arizer made will make my vaping much more convenient and enjoyable. Great Canadian product, thanks Arizer

I bought an expensive vape from TVape. A part broke when I tried to clean it. I contacted TVape support and they told me to contact the manufacturer. When I contacted the manufacturer, they said that I needed to deal with warranty through TVape. I contacted TVape a second time and was ignored.

Ordering and receiving the product was great.
Support from TVape was non-existant and disappointing.
