I had problem 2 times with my machine and they exchange it mo problems thanks again TVape

My tower was not heating so I phoned TVape and was told its still under warranty. All I had to do was send a picture of the error reading on the screen and a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the tower. Within a day i was approved for a new one and the next day I received it by courier. I have purchased a few things from TVape. You are an excellent company.

This is the 2nd time using them and save yourself the trouble of buying from whoever talks to you on the webchat...she made it sound like she was going to give me this great discount blah blah blah and turned out to be the discount I already had a coupon for. Totally wasted my time talking to "Lisa" and there is nothing more annoying to me than someone wasting my time on purpose!!

You delivered it to the wrong address. Whoever wrote the address did not make it clear. My neighbour figured out the issue and gave me the package. It took over a month for me to actually recieve the product.

Your inability to take responsibility for poorly writing the address on the envelope; Which was handwritten by one of your workers let's me know not to order again from your business.

Extremely helpful person. He was able to help me find the product that would work best for me. And was very patient with me when I took a super long time to decide. Very rare to find this kind of support in any sales department. Truly great service.

The experience went well in spite of a misunderstanding on part. I called for customer help because a glitch was preventing me from placing my order. Nic helped me work around the glitch. Then, he was extremely patient when I misunderstood the phrase "screen at the bottom" as "green button." He stayed with it until I realized my silly error. Nicely done, Nic
