if you have any kind of z torqen are the best for any kind of parts

torqen are great if you have any kind of fairlady z they have every part you could ever want - i myself struggled so hard to find parts for my 240z and after speaking with Coz and the torqen team, they were able to help me get everything i need. they have now also opened a whole 240z section which i’m so glad about as finding 240 parts in the uk is so hard nowadays, couldn’t recommend these guys more thank you guys so much and if you’d like to see me install the parts i got from torqen head over to the inz4in youtube channel ❤️

Cancelled the order but no money back

Ordered some part for a 350z after 3 months they cancelled the order and i have been trying to get mij money back foor the past 6 months

Every time i call they wont anser the phone and they wont anser there email or whatsapp

Wrong item and Ripped off

They sent the wrong item. So I returned it and was promised a refund which never came.
5 weeks later had to raise a payment dispute with bank to get the money back.

Won't be using them again.

Ripped off because I ordered a £126 Rocket Bunny part. But was sent a BMW E46 part (different size shape and mounting) that go for £8 on eBay.

Coolant filler neck

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Absolutely terrible I bought an item at full list price on the website then 4 weeks later still waiting for the item they contacted me and charged me extra for the item then said it would be there next day and i had to keep emailing to find out where my part was and eventually it turned up another 4 weeks later.

They don’t answer the phone.
They are unprofessional
And terrible customer service.

Do not trust these fraudulent company with your money, most of the items are Nil stock but they still take your money and not offer a refund been a month now and still waiting for my money to be refunded.

Regarding the stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock information on our website, but occasionally there are discrepancies, especially with products that have limited availability or are sourced internationally. In instances where a product is unavailable, our policy is to inform our customers promptly and process refunds as quickly as possible or offer alternative products.

Concerning your refund, it was processed via PayPal following your request after we notified you of the product's unavailability. PayPal transactions can sometimes take a little time to reflect in the account, depending on the processing times of the financial institutions involved.

We also wish to address the matter of the several phone calls you made. At TORQEN, we uphold a policy of respect and professionalism in all our interactions. Unfortunately, the nature of the conversation, including the use of xenophobic remarks and insults, was distressing for our staff and contrary to our standards of conduct. As a result, this matter has been escalated and is currently under investigation by the Metropolitan Police. All evidence on this matter has already been provided to the Police.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company , absolutely terrible , they sent the incorrect part from what ordered after 6 days, I ordered the part in again thrn it took them another 9 days to process the return and then they just cancelled the second order for no reason , tried numerous times to chase them up after over 2 weeks now tryin to get my money back , I’ve learnt a lesson don’t use middle men who don’t stock the parts they advertise , go direct to ur local main dealer , Terrible customer service

Bonnet arrived, in good condition, took its time though.

What follows is an entirely factual review with no emotion attached.

1) Ordered a bonnet from Vis Racing via Torqen on 15th July 2022 after being quoted an 8-12 week turnaround due to it being custom made and in America.

2) Received my bonnet 51 weeks later on 7th July 2023 and had to arrange and pay for my own transport to go and get it as Torqen could not find transport to the South West. Torqen agreed to reimburse us the cost of this, but nearly a month later and despite being chased twice this has yet to materialise.

3) Bonnet is of excellent quality and fits well.

Torqen did honour the price I paid, despite a price hike in the interim, however I found their communications to be lacking with me having to chase and chase over numerous platforms before updates were given.

There are known problems with Vis Racing, and Torqen let me know months into my wait time that they knew Vis are slow to fulfil orders. I find it disappointing that they did not tell me this at the time of order in order to manage my expectations, rather they carried on with the 8-12 week lead time quote, which at the time I had no cause to disbelieve. I would have still ordered a bonnet, just maybe not that one!

In conclusion - a mixed experience, the end result with the bonnet on my car is excellent, however the journey to get there was bumpy. I would happily purchase from Torqen again, but only an item that was confirmed to be in stock.
