My order number is 198632503. I did my purchase on Friday, March 13, 2026 @ 8:56 p.m. Parts arrived from UPS on Friday, March 20, 2026 @ 8:52 p.m. On the next day (Saturday) after taking apart my old parts with diesel fuel all over my head and face it came to the conclusion that the new part I order was completely defected broken/damage from date of manufacture. I check both boxes are in good shape from UPS shipping. I was frustrated and unable to install it into my truck end up installing my old part back into the truck. On Monday and Tuesday, March 23&24, 2026 I have been trying to contact the seller to return product and get a full refund but nothing seens to work. Their returning website do not work. I then called their customer service number 1-786-887-0571 many times but not successfull either. It is frustrating not sure if I will ever get my money back. I feel cheated as a customer. Hopefully Paypal can help by getting my money of $54.99's back into my Credit Costco Citi Visa Card.

Fast cheap and best

After removing my old filter and getting ready to install the NEW one from Torque treasure.
Found filter to be defective with the inner ring detached and floating inside the filter. Had to the dealer and get a functional non-broken filter.

Price was great. Time from purchase to getting product was average. One of the filters was broken upon opening.

company originally committed postal fraud for my package, meaning usps failed to deliver my package due to the company error. i have tried contacting them numerous times in numerous ways and no response. meaning they have my product and money and 0 decency to resolved the issue.

I recently purchased and item it has been 16 days with lil to no response from this company, I now see my item is out of stock. All I want is a refund to purchase it elsewhere. Also the contact # is of no use. Would not recommend this company. Be careful b ware.

I placed my order 4 weeks ago and im yet to receive it. Tourqe treasure sent me confirmation emails saying the package is on its way then another email saying order fullfiled to my unit on the expected delivery day of the 19th, I have 4 security cams no one showed up on the 19th. Tracking info was never generated with USPS , USPS said tourqetreasure never created a bill a laden for my name and address and they didn't deliver a thing to my address nor have they received a package to ship from tqt, I called tqt and the gentleman said the problem would be fixed immediately and that person would call me back within 1hr to confirm either new package on the way or current is just behind, 2 weeks later and that phone call back to me has never came , I called tqt multiple times to no answer I left 2 voice message with them and 3 emails over the last 3 weeks with absolutely 0 response except the inital phone call to them when I was told the problem would be fixed. The money has been withdrawn from my account. Im relying on the filter kit at that price to keep my truck in top shape during my slow season as money it very tight for me im the winter. This is no way to do business in the United States of America, im still willing to give them a chance as I understand its the holidays and some employees are not reliable during this time via the owner of tourqe treasure probably has no idea about this issue as I didn't cancel payment yet ..i notified my bank who told me at this time this is a crime of Thieft/fraud that my bank is not happy with , I personally told the bank to stand down give them a chance as im also a small biss owner who understands things happen and small biss owners help one another to succeed but I am running out of patience and time very quickly and i need to change my filters asap to protect my investment, my business, my customers and my family. If they can make this right this week and explain why no communication and the problem i would give them 100% of my maintenance supply business via tourqe treasures prices for OEM are outstanding. Now only if they can make the customer service outstanding by getting me my filters.
