I am currently doing Counselling Skills Level 2. The tutor, Natalia Tucker is fab, very engaging. Love her light-hearted approach which makes some very sensitive topics easier to discuss. I've learnt so much. Would highly recommend.

Finished level 2 warehouse training course with Sean Kaye, enjoyed it so much felt really welcomed and comfortable doing the course, learnt alot in this course too....thank you Sean for these 2 weeks.

Tutor was great, really patient and flexible, I got to study in my own time and always had my tutor to call when needed.

The course was great because it was delivered in a manner that was very understanding, and allowed my abilities to understand and all the aspects of working on a site. Tutor was friendly and approachable and his extra support

I’m currently on a Cscs course with TTP in Speke , I’ve never worked in construction before so I’m new to this field but I’ve found the course to be very helpful and beneficial also I would like to thank my tutor Mike king for being very helpful throughout the course

I applied for a course that gets government funding. My application was accepted, and I began the online course. The learning portal is great, and the content as expected.

After completing my first assessment, however, I received a VERY snarky email from their administrator department saying that I had 48 hours to provide outstanding information, or I would be dropped from the course. It had been over a month since I applied, and I had already committed a good number of hours to the course. I explained that I don't receive post and therefore couldn't provide proof of address, and that they should drop me from the course if this 100% was required. Silence. I complete my second assignment a month later, and again receive a "time critical" email, this time telling me I have until 5pm to provide proof of address, or I would be dropped.

Please manage the admin side of your courses better. I don't need to feel stressed about some course I'm doing in addition to a full time job.

Very poor customer service. The tutor does not answer your questions. Lacks understanding of her students and you have to wait for weeks for a reply or no reply at all. Administration team does not do anything conveying your messages to teh tutor and looks as if its alla scam.

I paid £60 for a health and safety test,for the exact same test with CITB I paid £22 this place is a rip off

I thoroughly enjoyed my four day course. All of the trainers were very engaging and kept us all interested throughout the course. The course content was very informative

Fantastic training provider. Not a one size fits all approach. My experience has been individualised to suit me and my work commitments . Having started a new (and very different job) I have found it challenging to keep on track, however with Rebecca's help and support she has guided and encouraged me through my apprenticeship. Rebecca has been a great source of support during the times when I have felt a bit overwhelmed. I would highly recommend Total Training, and if you are fortunate enough to have Rebecca as your trainer your experience will be gold standard!

I have been studying now for around 1 & a quarter years with Total Training (Essex College) and my experience has been fantastic. My tutor Rebecca Mason-Harding has been extremely supportive throughout it all, she's an amazing person, very professional but personable too. The past year has been a struggle for everyone but it has been made much easier with the added support, guidance and understanding. The platform Bud learning, is full of great resources and has really helped me complete my studies to the highest standard. For me it was introduced a little late into my studies but for anyone else starting a course, it is a fantastic tool, make use of it.
