Zero stars. Read the fine print. I placed an order 2 weeks before I needed my item and they were still "in progress". I emailed they said that's an approximate date, if you want a guarantee you can pay additional money and there was still no guarantee to I canceled my order

Items were very cheap quality. I feel like these were worse than a dollar store items. It was also very difficult to upload reseller cert for tax exemption

I was very happy with my purchase. Customer service was excellent and very quick production and shipping!

I orded coozies for my wedding and I’m so glad I ordered them here! It was easy to order my custom design and to choose a fun color. They were delivered within 1 1/2 of placing my order which I thought was great, especially since I waited until the month of the wedding to order them! My guests loved them.

Don't count on the delivery date. They give you one but don't adhere to it. Still waiting for my order days after it was supposed to be delivered and was told I'd be charged 20% to cancel it.

Great Product and delivered exactly when it was quoted!

Love what we received. It was a teacher appreciation gift. However, the ordering process was a bit challenging and we also had to pay a signifiant more amount of money for the delay in processing and shipping.

I have no idea what I am rating. Did I receive anything yet?

Communication from order to delivery was excellent
Products (pen and water bottles) were exactly what I thought I was orderng. The small bags were disappointing.

The cups looked great and arrived in plenty of time! We’ll definitely use Totally Promotional again.

Shipping times as it corresponded to production times weren't entirely clear in the ordering process. Customer service did a good job handling my inquiry and need to expedite shipping.

I ordered graduation koozies from Totally Promotional. The completed product was just as expected. They arrived in a timely manner. The online design tool was awesome! There were plenty of graduation related designs to choose from. The entire process was amazing!

Extremely Disappointed with Totally Promotional
My experience with Total Promotional has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a customized tablecloth with a confirmed delivery date of May 14. Later, I was told by Luke Hertenstein that the delivery would be delayed by one day to May 15 because the design took longer. I agreed to the new date over the phone and trusted that the order was still on track.

Then, on May 13, I received an email from Luke asking me how I would like to proceed with the order, as if nothing had been confirmed. At this point, it feels like I’m being taken on a ride. I need the tablecloth this weekend, and now they are telling me to request a refund instead of delivering the product I was promised.

They don’t seem to understand the inconvenience or the serious problem this has caused. I now have no way to get another customized tablecloth in one day, and my event depends on it.

If you need something delivered on time, especially for an event or deadline, do not rely on this company. The lack of reliability, communication, and accountability has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Misleading and horrible customer service. Product I received didn’t match the quality on website or my proof. Their policies prevent any resolution even if the product is unusable because they say it passes their “inspection”. Buyer beware- take your money somewhere else. This company is not worth it.

I love how the chapsticks were sealed! Great product, came out perfect!

We were very disappointed with the quality of our pen order. All 500 pens were printed incorrectly — the text was positioned backwards/upside down for right-handed use, and the logo was smudged on every pen. We approved a proof and were never told our circular logo would be an issue until after production.

That said, customer service was responsive and willing to remake the order at no charge, which we appreciated. Great customer service, but the initial print quality and quality control were very disappointing.
