Took two weeks for blanks koozies to arrive

Communication about my design was excellent! Communication about delivery time could have been better. The product turned out great

The koozies were great!! Exactly what we wanted. Response time was quick and shipping was fast for our last minute order. Will definitely be reordering again!

Order took forever to be done, even for such a small batch. Quality of product is fine. Quality of printing is sub-par. The logo is dark and not nearly as vivid as it should be.

I've purchased multiple times and appreciate the consistent easy process and good products!

We were a first time customer excited to use your services. When I sent in the graphic that I had to be placed on a cup order, the way it looked on the cup was too crowed. So I asked the rep to move the email address above the email address so it would look cleaner. The rep mis spelled the name of our company on the cup. When I got the proof I was looking at the placement since I knew the spelling was correct. What I didn't realize was that the rep mis spelled it once she moved it. The cups were sent to use and were useless. I called and they would not help me. Rude people to deal with and we will not be using this company again.

So extremely easy and just perfect! Shipped perfectly and product turned out better than we ever thought!

I placed my order 2 weeks in advance of when I needed it and chose standard delivery because it said that was 5-7 days which should have been plenty ahead of when I needed them. As it turns out I kept calling to check on my order and kept getting passed around to different people and told I could only email people to follow-up. When it was all said and done the manager told me that to get my order by my deadline (2 weeks after placing my order) that I now had to pay a rush order fee to get it in time. I've never experienced this poor of Customer service in my life...

We had your company make a table runner for us previously. So, when we had call for more, we called on you once again. And you did NOT disappoint. All three of the table runners you have gotten from you have been perfect! Thanks! Keep up the great work!!

Very easy to order. Had numerous choices that made designing our coozies a piece of cake. Shipping was quick and we were well informed throughout the whole process.

The screen printing of our logo came out better than we expected. The quality of the can coolers we ordered was top notch. We will order from TotallyPromotional again.

I ordered shot glasses for my mom's party and thought the gold metallic for the writing would be the best choice. After receiving the proof I realized that this color was to light and I needed a darker color. I then emailed my designer and let her know that I wanted to go with black as my final color for the writing. After receiving my order it came back in gold. What a disappointment. After emailing a manager, I was offered a refund if sending the product back, a redo of the product or 30%discount for the error. Since my date needed was in 7 days I couldn't do a redo or refund since these were needed for the party, so a discount was really my only solution. I received 40% off just the shot glasses, not the tax or shipping or design fee. I will not use this company for any of my product needs. And I should have went with another company but I wanted to save $7 so I went with totally promotional. Saving $7 got my a messed up product. I feel stupid.

The delivery date was promised as 2nd June but the order was delivered on 3rd June. It was very unfair as our event was from June 2nd and we paid extra premium amount for 2-day delivery.

Great product - design turned out great - very happy!
