Estimated time changed multiple times
Estimated time changed multiple times, and when I spoke with the account manager in control of our order, she gave me estimated dates that were different (further out) than the ones listed on the tracking page, and kept stating that the date was an estimation and that if I wanted it expedited by a certain When we finally received the items, they looked cheap, the label was crooked, and the koozie size was completely wrong and not what was described on the website. Highly upset with the quality of the product and the customer service.
