Ask for a test print!
Ask for a test print if you can! The koozies I received were a lot darker than the test I was shown. They mention "small details may fill in", so the test image they sent wasn't how it will actually print.
It would be nice to see what the product will look like with the "small details" filled in, so you know what you're paying for.

Could be friendlier to customers!
Graphic design rep was not very friendly, and pretty short with me. I tried to get ahold of them for some general questions over the phone, and they refused a phone call. Paid extra for guaranteed on time delivery, and the delivery ended up being late and missing the event. Products look fine, but I was expecting a higher quality tablecloth for the price.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Terrible explanation of what you’re actually getting. The mock up they said was not the image but in fact we received the mock version and they refuse to refund the mess up on their end. Go to Amazon. You’ll get what you order.
