Good Product, poor listening
I like how it came out, but it was very frustrating during the proofing because I feel my requests were not being done, and they would copy and paste the design I sent over, even if I wanted modifications.

Quality the item was OK. Customer service was undesirable at best. I was offered a delivery time and then told that it was not gonna be here on time. They didn't think so. I needed to pay extra money. I feel like that was a scam. I feel like there was never any intention of promising the delivery time.

I was hesitant to order such a reasonably priced table runner. It came out way better than expected. Free shipping was the icing on the cake.
