Good Product, Very inefficient communication
I ordered Slim Can koozies with a fully wrapped design. After going back and fourth several times to get the appropriate file type/quality the proof only has a small square with my graphic. The customer service gal stated it was because I ordered the incorrect product. She then "changed" my order to the exact thing I originally ordered, and it came out to the exact same price meaning I ordered the right product. This wasted 1 full week. I placed my order (7/28) assuming a few days of float time to get the proof perfect. I ended up approving a less than perfect proof because I couldn't waste anymore time saving files in different formats for me to get less than one response per day. I was forced to pay the Rush Fee for my order to arrive on-time (8/20).
The quality of the Koozie is fine, but the customer service could greatly improve as they are the "experts" in their software and printing press.

We purchased can coolies for my husbands party. They used a full color picture combined with custom lettering. It was easy to design, and easy to ask design team for changes when it comes back for approval. We were very happy with the quality of this product.

I did not like the amount of time and detail I had to go through to get my order completed and how I had to order double the amount of shirts to get both men and women sizes. I felt I overpaid for 12 shirts at over $2.000 that should not have been $1,000. I do not believe I’ll ever order from your firm again. This was pure hectic for me and with all of the other things I had to deal with to get prepared for a national convention this should have been easy! It was not

super FAST great QUALITY
We ordered on Sunday for our wedding the following Saturday. Has quick service and received all items by Thursday. We paid a rush fee. Service was great and quick! The koozies are made very well!

We do offer guaranteed delivery dates on a large selection of our products which we charge more but we move your order to the front of the line.
