We have ordered table cloths from you before and were very happy with the quality. When I went to order more they came in and the colors were all off. Although, I approved our logo it did not have the same neon effect it had in person. I went through customer service and received a dismissive, rude email back about you being unable to match print quality from years prior. There was no offer to replace or explanation from your team about what went wrong. Instead I got a 15% off "go away" discount code for my next order. I will not order with you again. It is upsetting since I know our logo can print well since we have had a number of products printed by a number of companies and have never had this issue. I would have loved to have worked to find a solution but it doesn't seem like your team was willing. Overall, I wouldn't recommend you to anyone based solely on my interaction with the customer service.

The can koozies that I ordered look great and were delivered well before I needed them for my event.

Your customer service rep was patient with lots of questions from me. I just wish that our logo was larger to take up more space on the cup.

The product arrived on time, as shown on the proof. During the proof process, I did request a small change (to have our logo filled in instead of shown as an outline). The change was made quickly and production got underway. Overall, very happy with the finished product.

Our organization placed two large orders with Totally Promotional and needed the items relatively quickly. They delivered everything on time and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend this company for your promotional needs.

Thank you for the fantastic service. You immediately let us know when our image format needed adjustment, and the table runners arrived exactly on the estimated delivery date. The colors turned out beautiful and were completely true to our expectations.

I recently placed an order for 60 of the 16 oz. Frost Flex Cups (Sales Order #02138721). The cups I received were good quality and the printing looked great, so I have no complaints about the actual product.

The problem? I ordered and PAID for 60 cups. I received 59.

When I contacted Totally Promotional, I was told that their “Over/Under” policy allows orders to be shipped short and that they could not send the missing cup. They did refund me for the one cup I didn't receive.

I understand that companies have policies, and I appreciate receiving the refund. What I don't appreciate is discovering the policy AFTER the fact, when I'm already holding an incomplete order that I purchased specifically to fulfill a customer's order.

Their own policy essentially says customers should order extra if they absolutely need the quantity they ordered because an order may arrive short. That's something I would have very much liked to know BEFORE placing my order. Had that been clearly communicated during the ordering process, I would have ordered additional cups.

I'm a small business owner. When I order 60 pieces for a customer, I need 60 pieces. I shouldn't have to build an additional 5–10% into every order just to protect myself from receiving fewer items than I purchased.

The most disappointing part is that there was apparently no effort to find a reasonable solution beyond issuing a refund for the missing cup. Now I'm left with 59 cups and a customer expecting 60.

So yes, I received my money back for the missing item. But a refund doesn't solve the problem of being one product short when that product was needed to fulfill a customer's order.

The cups themselves are nice. Unfortunately, good product quality doesn't make up for a purchasing experience that leaves a small business owner holding the bag.

Because of this experience, I won't be placing future orders with Totally Promotional, and I can't confidently recommend them to other small-business owners who depend on receiving the quantities they order to fulfill their own customers' orders.

Buyer beware: if you need exactly 60, apparently you should order more than 60.

That is information I wish had been made very clear before I placed and paid for my order.

I had a wonderful experience ordering custom T-shirts and koozies for our class reunion! From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy.

The customer service was exceptional. Riley was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient as we made adjustments to our order and finalized the artwork. I really appreciated being able to review the mockup and make sure the design, size, and placement were exactly what we wanted before production.
