I was very apprehensive about using an online tax service. After the initial consultation I felt really good about using Total Tax. Once we got started, which was the very next day, they moved fast and professionally with utmost security. I couldn't be happier withs choosing Total Tax and will continue to use them for the rest of my day, I imagine.

As trying as my case was I am very happy to say that Total Tax does a great job. They are professional, move with a sense of urgency and overall do a great job. Their team is great about helping navigate any tax issues you may have! I would recommend Total Tax for any tax issues you may have and have total confidence in their team.

I like many many people always tried my best to stay in the good graces of the IRS and then one day I get this horrible letter saying that because I didn't report something from 2016 that I didn't know about. The IRS doesn't care if you weren't made aware of it. So here I was with a letter saying I needed to pay almost $8,000.00 plus interest. I went to researching and trying to look up anything and everything I could and ran across Total Tax. I chatted online with a rep and she asked if Tamar could call me and speak with me a little more. Long story short both Tamar and Starlynn worked with me and answered all my questions and concerns now instead of having to pay $8,000 we now just need to pay $9.00. There aren't enough words to say how much we appreciate how they helped us. Very easy and safe. Would def recommend.
