Having booked a cruise to the far east we were horrified at the quotes we were given, however total travel came up trumps with a reasonable quote with a detailed and simple questionnaire to follow, we will use them again

Disappointed
I found a quote I liked but got interrupted before I could pay. Went back to redo the quote two hours later and completed my purchase. Then checked my emails and found one from this company sent in-between quotes saying they could see I had been looking at insurance and if I completed my purchase I could have a further ten percent discount. Not happy as this would have saved me over £70. No response to my reply. Not good business practice at all
