The whole front fork assembly was completely junk on the bike. It was welded wrong, the shocks didn't even work right, etc. It took 7 days to get a different fork that never came with any... Toon meer

The website showed pictures of items included with the purchase of a new battery. They need to update the site so that customers aren't being sold fallacies. They did finally end up shipping a new bas... Toon meer

Shipping was fast and on time,plus I thought the merchandise was defective and it wasn't, I just didn't charge it long enough which did not give my bike power. I apologize for the inconvenience

Express shipping to Florida took 6 days, it's not two three that's for sure

US citizens find it hard to reach you. I needed a key for my totgaurd e-bike for 2 months now

Dear Customer: Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We currently sell bicycle battery keys in our online store. Please contact our after-sales customer service email (service@totguardebike.com) and provide a picture of your battery and Key Number Code. Our customer service staff will check your information, match the correct key, and provide you with a link to place your order. The battery key needs to be customized and produced after ordering. The estimated production cycle is 30 business days. Then shipped from China warehouse, estimated delivery time is 20-35 business days. From ordering to delivery it will take you close to 60 business days to receive it. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me, thank you!

At least I got the part so my bike can work

It took a while to get my bike part. If I was using my bike for work or school, I would have been in a situation. It would have put a lot of stress on my life. I ordered 10/3/2025 & received 12/10/25

Ordered in July

Ordered in July. Informed it was back ordered 3 weeks later when I went looking for it. Found another one and had it 3 days later. This item showed up about 5 months too late.

Dear Customer: Hello. We understand you have already contacted our after-sales customer service. Our after-sales customer service has provided a solution to your problem. You can contact our after-sales customer service again at service@totguardebike.com, and send us a picture of the condition of each cable connector to help us diagnose and resolve the issue. Our engineers have determined that the problem may be caused by a faulty cable connector. You can also take your bicycle to a local e-bike shop for inspection. After the inspection, remember to ask for an invoice, and then contact our after-sales customer service to apply for repair compensation.

Customer Retention Program

The whole front fork assembly was completely junk on the bike. It was welded wrong, the shocks didn't even work right, etc. It took 7 days to get a different fork that never came with any instructions or guides to reinstall.

When we asked for a discount for our labor and effort at repairing this.
Customer Servce ToTguard Customer Retention Program, resolved the issue with an $80.00 refund discount to us for our difficulties. Be sure to ask about how and who's going to pay for issues, PRIOR..... to doing any repairs on our own. When we see/submit malfuntion,bad craftsmanship,out of box failures and shipping damages. We have to report a satisfactory outcome in the end.

Due to factors such as loose bicycle components, shipping compression, and high-intensity handling, your bicycle developed a front fork malfunction. We have tracked your after-sales records and understand that our after-sales personnel have contacted you and reached an agreement on after-sales service. We have provided you with a new front fork and headset replacement. Considering the labor costs incurred during the repair process, please contact our after-sales customer service and provide your payment invoice. Our customer service personnel will submit your after-sales invoice to our finance department for approval to compensate for your losses and reimburse part of the repair costs. TotGuard will continue to wholeheartedly provide you with assistance and support. Have a pleasant ride!
