If I could give Touch of Class zero…
If I could give Touch of Class zero stars, I most certainly would. First, I received my curtains in a destroyed package and the plastic packaging was even ripped. Therefore, I threw it away. After this, I attempted to live with the curtains but they're just so cheap. They don't hang flat and stick out in my walkway. The wrinkles don't come out with ironing or steaming. The fabric is cheap and rough. Definently paid $200 for junk I could have purchased at Big Lots. On top of that, I couldn't return it for anything but a credit because I didn't have the destroyed packaging it was delivered in (were they going to tape it up and resell it???). Why would I want a credit for a company that sells inferior products and doesn't stand by a return when they sent what was already somebody's returned package to me in the first place??
Please save your money and time and don't shop with these crooks!!

I am very disappointed with quality and service. I ordered the Elegante Comforter set, plus matching Curtains and Swags. Cost was nearly $900. That was a lot to me. The curtains and swags are basically, cotton sheets. Just the curtains & swags were over $500.00 and Not at all what was pictured online. The shipping costs for all this was $100.00 and is not refundable, plus I have to pay shipping to return these VERY poor-quality curtains (sheets actually)!! The comforter set they will not refund at all, they said, because I had the Shams monogramed. They could still refund the Comforter and Bed skirt, even if I had to absorb the cost of shams, but have told me said "No." The experience has been unreal and a hard, expensive lesson. The comforter is supposed to have tufts on the top but within 1 day the stitching is so cheap the tufts are gone and its flat. And without the matching curtains the Comforter Set is a total waste or loss -- since they refuse to refund it. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from Touch of Class. A hard and very expensive experience. I am not exaggerating when I describe the curtains as the equivalent of a bedsheet. It is definitely FALSE advertising, and they won't do anything to help rectify the situation. Very sad.
Good experience with Touch of Class
First I want to say that this company was on point with me. My issue was they mailed out my product via FedEx they picked it up and delivered it to the wrong address. FedEx sent me in circles and was not very responsive they gave me a conformation number and never followed up. A few days went by and still no response since it wasn’t the company’s fault (touchofclass). I pressed FedEx with no results. I called this company and they responded right away and worked with me they were very nice also they told me if the product wasn’t found they would file a complaint with FedEx and just replace the product. They stuck with me and worked with me to the end. I was very happy with their customer service and will buy again. Thank You Touch of Class. I don’t know why some people left such bad reviews because that wasn’t my experience it was all good.

Slow customer service. The table had damage to it when it arrived. I sent pictures, but with no response from the company. The name should be changed to 'No Class'.
It's Not Worth It
I ordered seven items for my new home with an order total over $1,000 before a discount. The product quality varied but generally the prices were high for the value received. Shipping isn't a deal of course and you're on your own returning anything that doesn't fit your space or decor. While the customer service staff were always nice it was absolutely clear their technology is way behind most vendors. They cancelled my order because their payment software wouldn't accept my credit card without associating it with a zip code I never used for the card. I couldn't figure out why that was but the fact that they decided to cancel then re-entered my order meant I couldn't see my order on line. Then Fedex got creative and took some of the items from the city in which I live and literally shipped them across country and gave them to someone in the zip code Touch of Class assigned to my credit card.
One item was coming weeks late so it apparently wasn't in the initial charge I saw on my credit card statement. That makes sense but I couldn't reconcile the amount on my credit card statement without the re-created order (which never matched the original). The new order had higher shipping and it took four requests over a week and a half period to get a document they claimed was the final order.
For the items I returned (via Fedex w/tracking per their requirement) they never acknowledged receipt. During one of my many calls to resolve the billing questions, I confirmed it is not their practice to let customers know they received your item in acceptable condition (original packaging, new condition, etc.). You must wait for your credit card statement.
This company is simply too much work for the quality and outcome.

Ordered a bathroom mirror-medicine cabinet from them, arrived broken and shoddy, real junk, i called customer service , since i needed this project finished quickly I thought w a discount I could make the repairs, no go on the discount, the would rather ship it back and make me scramble for a replacement, never again . Im actually glad they said no, as this item is such a cheap piece of crap.
Nice size but poor quality
Ordered King Bedspread due to oversize options. Not cheap but have always used my bedspreads for years so I was willing to make investment. Unfortunately, the quality of material is poor and, when professionally washed, it literally came apart at seams and pilled up. Looks horrible. We've had for almost a year and I am looking for replacement.
Horrendous- Run Don't Walk From This Company !
Everything in their catalog says In Stock and Ready To Ship which in their minds means in 5-10 days when we are good and ready after we take your money we may get around to shipping your product and then the exhorbinant fee that we charged you for shipping well that means it may get to you in 12-14 days after we get around to shipping depending on the speed of the horse they send it on. To say this companies shipping practices are a joke would be a compliment.
Useless Recliner Cover
I purchased an oversized cover for my recliner. We bought one years ago from bed Bath and beyond and it’s held up very well but it’s just time to replace it. What I received was four or five rags sewn together to slide over parts of the chair, with the warning that, if your recliner is leather, you’ll have to slip rubberized pieces, I’m thinking they mean those thin round rubber things we have in our kitchen to help open jar lids. Just trash. And the return policy requires it be returned in the new condition and original packaging. Like anybody saves that wrapping. And after I pay for return costs and Drive to UPS, it’s just not worth it. My advice, stay away from these people.

I will NEVER order from this company again! Placed an order in November and checked out using PayPal. Received email confirmation but never a notification of shipping. PayPal showed pending, no problem. After 2 weeks and several emails, finally received a response that "your form of payment was declined". BS! They never sent an email informing me of this! By this time, several items I'd ordered were out of stock, so I told them to cancel that one and I placed a revised order. Same thing, confirmation of order but not of shipping. Another 2 weeks and several emails later, a response was sent saying they thought I wanted the order canceled. What?! I had clearly communicated that this was a second order to replace the one they messed up. I'm so over this shady company! Never again!!

I have made 3 previous orders which went without trouble and I was very happy with the products. However, on my recent order, I had to make several attempts to get information about where my order was and when it would ship. It was a relatively expensive rug, which had so far taken 2 weeks and had not yet shipped. I had been given several dates when it would ship, but it was still not on its way. Terrible service, underlined by rude customer service, who basically called me a liar. I cancelled my order and will never use them again.

I paid these people $226.79 for 2 sets of kitchen curtains and a table cloth. A very long story short, they promised to send my complete order out in 1 shipment.(I explained I was redecorating and painting the kitchen walls, I wanted the color of the curtains to match up with paint color)..so, I was promised my complete order would ship in 3-5 days...My order was sent in several shipments and the curtains and table cloth were shipped from 2 different lots!.. their for, that means their is a major color difference between them all!!. Some curtains were surged in Green and some in white!!.. they also had major defects in the embroidery work!!..
After numerous calls and emails to correct this mess. Through email, Customer service the supervisor and myself agreed to get this corrected, by sending all(return shipping lable
and correct items) to my physical home address...

I ordered soap dispensers and matching tissue holder from Touch of Class. I received the soap dispensers first and they were fine. The tissue holder was a completely different product! When I called customer service, I was told to send pictures of the soap dispensers and tissue holder along with the product code then they would send these to their vendor, then the vendor would determine if they would replace the items and send a return label. HUH? This isn't even my error and it will take a least a month to resolve AND they had attitude about it! When they finally sent a return label, the agent said after inspection they might POSSIBLY give me a credit or ship the correct item! HUH? I shop on line all the time and never experienced anything like this. I will NEVER do business with them again and you shouldn't either!

Worst experience ever. We were gifted a comforter for Christmas. A king size comforter was ordered but we received a twin. The buyer contacted Touch of Class on 12/29 after we discovered the error. I had to take a picture of the tag to prove they sent me the wrong thing and eventually a return shipping tag was issued. I had to be at my house for FedEx to pick it up, but there was no way when this was going to be happen. They picked it up and we received word on 01/15/2021 that the credit and a new Comforter Set was being processed. I checked in on 02/03/2021 as I hadn't heard anything from them and I was told that the package was would be shipped around 02/10/2021 and I would be notified with a tracking number when it shipped. On 02/08/2021, I received the new Comforter Set. And what do you know...they sent a twin comforter set again. When I called to complain and request a full refund rather than trying to continue to work with this company, there was no apology, no attempts at making amends, and they took no responsibility whatsoever for the waste of time this has been to us. I will never order anything from them again and I will always encourage anyone else I can to avoid this company at all cost.

I will not buy from this company again and would definitely not recommend them. Purchsed a $214 electric blanket and still haven't received it in over a month. I e-mailed customer service and they said it was in FedEx's facility pending shipment. Customer service said I needed to contact Fed Ex and handle it from there. I contacted FedEx and they said they haven't received the item yet from the supplier. I had to submit a claim to FedEx. Totally unacceptable!
WORST Customer Service...Do NOT BUY!
Do NOT and I warn DO NOT buy from this company. It is a 5-person run small company and they have the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL Customer service!! If you but and need to return an item or track your purchase, you will not get through on the phone and they will not return emails. I had purchased over $1k worth of products for a Christmas gift for my mother. When the items finally arrived, the products were cheaply made and not of the same quality as the photos. So, we returned the items (at our own expense). The terms and conditions said to email them for a return shipping label and no one responded to my email. Therefore, to meet the return timeframe in order to get a full refund, we returned the items out of pocket at a cost of $113.00. I have spent almost 4 weeks to get the refund owed after I had confirmation the items were received by the warehouse. However, the customer service manager “Sarah” failed to return my emails or phone calls. So, I filed a credit card dispute with my bank. I will NEVER shop here again and warn you if you are thinking about it, DON’T!!! Horrible experience!!
