tourcruiser.com Reviews

I dealt with Tim Johnson and he was so very helpful. I can’t thank him enough for the kindness he showed when some one else from the company called and was very rude and made me cry. He helped me cancel my flights. From start to finish he was so nice and empathetic to the situation. He took a lot of time to make sure everything went smoothly and reassured me that he would do whatever he could to help. Customer service is very important in a business like this and having someone Tim really made everything easy and less stressful. Thank you again Tim!

We purchased an airline ticket for unaccompanied minor when got to airport airline did not have the request.

Stay away from this company. It’s a scam .. All of these five star reviews are from the company. When you type in an airline and get a number somehow it goes to them and they pretend like they are the actual airline but then they charge you huge fees that you don’t know about to get your credit card. I googled frontier called the number I specifically if I was talking to a frontier agent and they said yes, come to find out it was this company ended up charging me $369 for booking me a $127 ticket. And I paid 127 for the ticket..

David Johnson did a Great job with helping me get everything squared away with my flight.

Berry Watson went above and Beyond for us! Great help!

Brad went above and beyond several times. We are dealing with a difficult/stressful overseas relocation trip with pets. I will recommend him to family and friends. Not enough space here to do him justice. Thank you Brad!

Very happy with the service thank you Rachel Brown

I worked with Mr. Barry Watson and he was so helpful and professional. He understood my concerns and addressed them in a pleasant and courteous manner. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. Thank you for having him on your staff. Respectfully Mr. Elliotte.

Rachel Brown was very helpful. Courteous and easy to understand

Frontier airlines rlly rides my dick, worst airline ever yall need new flight attendants cuz your flight attendants (the ratchet ones) harrass little kids, and yall should forbid any ghettos for ur future flights cuz they also sexually abuse and harrass and torture young children.

Amazing service!! Rachel Brown was amazing and very helpful!! Thank you

Keith was great to work with, stayed patient with my requirements and was very accommodating throughout the process. It was a big booking, so it was great to have a someone on the other side that listened to my needs and did not make me feel rushed to get through it.
