I'm told I get a 5.00 discount for a positive review. I'll take the loss and give an honest one. Next time book directly through Southwest. It was never made clear they are not SW. Then I was told SW doesn't fly out of Midway. Altogether 40 minute process.

Brad understood I was in a car accident on my way to the airport and wasn’t able to arrive 2 hours before my flight to check my bags so he confirmed a new flight for the next day.

I called to cancel my flight and I was able to speak to Dinelle White a travel consultant, she went above and beyond to satisfy my needs, she was very kind , patient and very attentive. At the end of the call , all my needs were taking care of .
Dinelle is a good asset for the company.
