Trade Hut Direct contacted me and offered a refund which shows they are a responsible company. I am happy with the insect stick so don't want a refund but good to be offered one

We resolved this issue for the customer refunding the item, we also sent a complimentary door lock for the customer as a goodwill gesture as she had a separate DIY project she was working on. Unfortunately we have tried to amend this review now the issue has been resolved but the customer has been unable to log in to rectify it.

Dont use this seller Bought an item of theirs on amazon…
Bought an item of theirs on amazon which did not work they provide me with label to return item which I had to pay return postage sent it Tracked from postoffice but but when I try to trace it it does not work so I am out of pocket for price paid plus 4.99 postage
Order no 203_81856651_8972550 on 29 November on amazon Byron door bell push it would not pair with door bell which it should do. Your label that you sent was not prepaid and my printer was not working so I could not print it until last week I posted it back Tracked bought from post office and it was sent back to you . When I tryed to put tracking in to amazon returns it would not accept it so I am out of pocket for item and 4.99 paid for tracking.

We have attempted to contact this customer by email, phone and even sent three letters to their address over the course of many months. Unfortunately we have been unable to get in touch however we did refund the order in full and would be happy to cover the £4.99 return costs if you could please get in touch with us. We do offer Royal Mail collection for customers if they don't have a printer or we can send a QR code which can be scanned at the post office to products a label.
