3rd class costumer service. Tradeindia agents only care about meeting their sale targets and forget that after services are also to be provided. Before the payment they’ll call you 20 times a day and once the payment is done they’ll disappear like they never existed. Agents don’t even have a proper way of speaking especially a person named aslam sher khan who claims to be the company’s refund initiater. Never invest in tradeindia even of they offer their services for free. Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. And the quality of work they provide is also really really poor. Website they make look like made by some rookie.

Even after buying Such a high package we have not got any single reliable and fruitful business from Tradeindia.
They keep posting irrelevant and fake enquiries with same name for different products.

Waste of money and time... Its has been more than a year now but not a single penny business generated through tradeindia. 90% buyer are fake and even though reported to the customer care, no action taken. few are seems genuine but when it comes to payment terms, they ask material on credit, 100% payment after delivery, 7 days after delivery or so... so please do not waste your money with tradeindia..

Before I invested in tradeindia. I took so much of time to be a part of tradeindia. And after that I also took a membership package worth Rs. 80000 it was tradeindia package. And the lead generation was good. And they gave me service every 15 days once. If I have any queries they resolve it immediately. It is so user friendly app.

Please don't invest in trade India platform it is not build for business and sales. Trade India team persons will try to convince you to invest more and more amount but please don't invest in trade India. I have invested 1.24 lakh rupees in trade India in January 2024 but not a single rupees sale has been generated from this platform. Trade India doesn't have any kind of Genuine buyer or genuine sellers. Team trade India Management will not help you they will help to creat only your website.Tread India team will not responsible for your any kind of business. From Gujarat Mr Deepak Mistri Mr Vipul Patel Mr Vipul Chavda Mr Thomsan these people are coming to you for more and more amount to invest in Trade India.Once you will give the payment to the trade India. Trade India people will disappear. "I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from this company. Despite renewing my package, I've faced the same issue for the third time. They made false promises at the time of renewal, and I haven't received the export services I paid for. Instead, my products are only being promoted in the Indian market, with no export inquiries. To make matters worse, my Relationship Manager (RM) changes every 1-2 months, and they don't receive proper training as well. They only seem to care about meeting their client meeting targets, I feel “ taking payments without providing any meaningful support” is their company policy . I feel like I've been abandoned as a customer
